Junior middle school is a period of rapid physical and mental development of students,which is the precious "golden period" in their life,and also a key period for the formation of their world outlook,outlook on life and values.With the rapid development of today's society,it has higher requirements for the cultivation of the comprehensive quality of talents in the future.The society calls for the green development of education to cultivate students' moral quality,improve their behavior ability,realize individual development and insist on sustainable development.Moral education management is the important part of school management and the key point of school work.It has become a trend to practice the green education concept in junior high school moral education management.At present,many schools attach more importance to teaching and less importance to moral education.The current moral management is still too traditional,which not only ignores students' personality and disrespects students' differences,but also aggravates the pressure on teachers and students.Nowadays,many schools are named "green schools",but actually the title is not completely consistent with the actual situation,and it is far from the goal of green moral education management.This study aims to by green education idea as the guidance,in junior middle school moral education management as the research content,measures and effect in Bao'an District of Shenzhen as investigation object,S school of Bao'an District concept of green education in junior high school moral education management in the study,analyzes its existing problems,and puts forward the scientific and feasibility of green management strategy of moral education,direction for moral education management,and promote the moral education management reform.This paper first introduces the reason,purpose and significance of the topic,literature review of related studies at home and abroad and research methods of this paper.Then,the concept of green education and moral education management is defined,related theories of green education are expounded,and the features of green education and the relationship between green education and the moral education management in junior high school are emphatically analyzed.On this basis,the practice of the green education concept in the moral management of S school in Bao 'an District of Shenzhen is objectively and deeply analyzed through the combination of questionnaire survey and interview,so as to draw the conclusion that the status of the green education concept in the moral management practice of junior high school needs to be improved.This paper makes full use of the theories of education,management and psychology to discuss the current situation of the green education concept in the practice of moral education management in junior high school.The study found the following problems existing in S school: insufficient attention to moral management,lack of vitality in the concept of green education,weak moral management awareness of teachers,limited funds for moral management,and contempt for ideological and moral courses;The goal of moral education management is too ideal and lacks a sense of hierarchy.The content of moral education management is empty,lack of creativity,lack of students' main status,insufficient integration and utilization of campus culture's green moral education resources,lack of vitality in moral education activities,and failure to generate the influence of green moral education activities.The "rough" student moral education management way,the teacher-student relationship is not ideal,the management process is not humanized;The evaluation of moral education management attaches more importance to the form than the effect,with a single evaluation method.The content of the evaluation lacks richness,and the subject of the evaluation is relatively undiversified.There is no incentive mechanism and no green evaluation.According to the investigation and analysis of the moral education management in S middle school and the existing problems,the author proposes optimization countermeasures from the following five aspects: renewing the moral education management concept;Resetting the management goal of moral education;Innovate the content of moral education management;Transforming the management mode of moral education;Reform moral education management evaluation.This study enriches the theory of moral education management and provides an important reference for school leaders and teachers of education.
