A Study On Management Strategy Of Junior Middle School Students In Rural Residential Schools From The Perspective Of Tao Xingzhi's Thought Of Life Education

In recent years,achieving a fair and high-quality education is the popular voice of the people.Efforts to improve the quality of rural school education management are a key way to block the intergenerational transmission of poverty.In the past ten years,the country has invested a lot of money in rural schools to improve the external conditions of schools.However,external promotion of the government alone can not effectively solve the problem of low management efficiency of rural school students.How to further activate the overall vitality of schools to improve the quality of student education and management is the key to improve the quality of rural school education management.Based on Tao Xingzhi's thought of life education,this paper explores the problems,causes and improvement strategies in the management of students in rural boarding schools.Tao Xingzhi's thought of life education is a living educational thought with vigorous vitality,which mainly includes three aspects : " life is education "," society is school " and "teaching,learning and doing are integrated".Pay attention to education,teaching,management ideas and methods into life,into the work,"doing " with the use of hand and brain,fully activate the human life,automatism,creativity.Today,Tao Xingzhi's thought of life education still has a strong guiding significance for modern education,teaching and management.Based on the previous research on the management of students in rural boarding schools,this study took two typical rural boarding schools in Hanzhong,Shaanxi Province as the research object,and used the research methods of field observation,questionnaire survey and interview to investigate the management of junior middle school students in two rural boarding schools,and it is found that the management of junior middle school students in rural boarding schools has improved as a whole,teaching management as a whole is better,teachers are generally dedicated and responsible;Food management has made great progress,all students can eat good food at school,but there are also many practical problems.First,in terms of safety management,school safety system management is a bit loose,students safety education is relatively small;Second,in terms of health management,theschool has better physical health management students,but some neglect the attention and guidance of mental health education for junior high school students during adolescence,and the mental health of junior high school students is relatively poor;Third,in terms of moral management,the school needs to pay more attention to the quality of students' moral education,the moral education activities are relatively few,and the effect of moral education is general;Fourth,in terms of food management,students can eat enough,but the attitude of staff service needs to be improved;Fifth,in terms of accommodation management,students are able to stay in school but the number and comprehensive quality of life teachers are in urgent need of improvement,and there is a lack of emotional care and the cultivation of living habits for boarding students.Sixth,in terms of teaching management,the whole is better,teachers are generally responsible but the actual education and teaching work,the implementation of the concept of quality education needs to be effectively improved;Seventh,in terms of extracurricular activities,the school neglects the management of extracurricular activities,and does not pay enough attention to the extracurricular activities of students.According to the main problems found in the actual investigation,the main causes of the problems are analyzed.First,the government's funds and teachers' support is still not enough,and the hardware equipment of rural schools is somewhat inadequate;Second,the student management staff has not kept pace with the times,the work concept is backward,the enthusiasm is not high,and the ability is general;Third,the school does not attach great importance to and activate students' own subjectivity to participate in student management;Fourth,the management work system is not strictly implemented on paper,resulting in students' management work is not in place.On this basis,from the perspective of Tao Xingzhi's life education thought,thinking about the strategy suggestions to improve students' management problems.First,it is recommended to continue to strengthen the support of the external financial policy of the national government to ensure that rural schools have sufficient funds and teachers.Second,it is suggested that schools should attach great importance to their own strength,fully activate the overall vitality of the school itself,use rural natural resources according to local conditions,and improve the educational effect of moral education management.Third,it issuggested that schools should carry out diversified training,examination and encouragement for teachers and student managers in peacetime,so as to promote students' managers to work with the times;Fourth,it is suggested that schools should fully trust students,let go of students' training,train a large number of students' management teachers to participate in practical management work," safety teachers supervise students' self-safety education ","health teachers assist students in their physical and mental health"," life teachers help students self-reliance "," learning teachers help students learn autonomy ","" activity small teachers guide students after-school activities safe and self-music ";Fifth,the implementation of multiple comprehensive evaluation to promote the overall development of students.Under the concept of quality education,schools should really establish "Respect students,trust students,development depends on teachers and students" student-based thinking,pays full attention to the students' main resources,a large number of school-trained student management teachers take part in all aspects of school student management by example,all teachers and students work together to improve the quality of student management and education in rural boarding schools.Tao Xingzhi's thought of life education is a living educational thought that keeps pace with the times.Under the guidance of Tao Xingzhi's thought of life education,the state will continue to increase its support in terms of external funds and policies.In addition,it will make fully use of social and natural resources according to local conditions to improve the quality of education management,the student body participates in the school student management work,all teachers and students work together to keep pace with the times,work together in the same direction,constantly improve the management level of junior high school students in rural boarding schools,do a good job of high-quality rural education with Chinese rural characteristics,and promote the sustainable development of fair and high-quality Chinese education.
