| With the continuous progress of Internet technology,information technology has penetrated into every corner of our daily life.In this digital age,information literacy is a fundamental need in our learning and life.And university students are the key talents needed for the future development of society.Their information literacy is closely related to their future development,which affects the development of national talents and the pace of the country’s digital development.What is the level of information literacy of university students and how to effectively improve the information literacy of university students is a problem that needs to be solved in the current digital era.Based on such a background,this study made a preliminary construction of information literacy evaluation indexes for college students,and calculated the weights of each index by Delphi method and AHP hierarchical analysis,and came up with the information literacy evaluation index system for college students.Based on the information literacy evaluation indexes,we designed a questionnaire to assess the information literacy of university students,collected data on the information literacy of university students for reliability analysis,verified the information literacy evaluation index system of university students,and designed an information literacy assessment platform for university students based on the constructed index system.The main research elements are as follows:(1)The information literacy evaluation index system for university students was constructed.Firstly,we investigated and researched the evaluation indicators and assessment methods of information literacy of university students at home and abroad,and on this basis,we analyzed and summarized them and initially constructed the evaluation indicators of information literacy of university students,and then revised and improved them through expert consultation to determine the evaluation indicators of information literacy of university students.On the basis of determining the information literacy evaluation indicators of university students,an expert questionnaire was conducted and experts were asked to determine the importance of the revised evaluation indicators of university students’ information literacy,and the weights of the indicators were calculated by using the AHP hierarchical analysis method and Yaahp software,so as to obtain the final weights of the evaluation indicators of university students’ information literacy and obtain the final information literacy evaluation indicator system of university students.The final information literacy evaluation index system of university students was obtained.(2)The information literacy evaluation index system of university students was verified and the information literacy assessment method of university students was designed.Firstly,on the basis of constructing the information literacy evaluation index system for college students,a questionnaire for evaluating the information literacy of college students was prepared based on the information literacy evaluation index for college students.292 undergraduates from Yunnan Normal University were selected to conduct a survey on their information literacy level,and the data were analyzed using SPSS 25 software to verify the validity of the index.Then the information literacy assessment method of college students was designed to provide the implementation of the evaluation method for the study of constructing the information literacy assessment platform for college students.(3)The information literacy assessment platform for university students was designed and realised,and the validity of the platform was verified.After establishing the information literacy evaluation indexes for university students,the platform was designed and developed according to the principles of the design and development of the platform,and the overall framework and function development of the system was realised.Finally,a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate and analyse students’ satisfaction with the use of the platform,mainly to test the effectiveness of the platform in terms of its strengths and weaknesses as well as the extent to which it has helped testers to improve their information literacy level. |
