With the rapid development of information technique and the arrival of economy society,having higher Information Literacy has become the basic request will be carried out only byeducational information, but the premise of which is to have each kinds of all levels with higherInformation Literacy. College students are the future primary school teachers and the practices offoundation education reform. With the improvement of foundation education reform, the requestfor Information Literacy of primary school teaches is rising. However the investigation shows thatthe students' information consciousness, information ability, information morals and the legalsystem obsessions are quite far away with the request for courses reform. Therefore, doing muchresearch in college students' Information Literacy and training has important meaning for trainingthe primary school teaches and the foundation education courses reform.This text is mainly about what Information Literacy college students' should have and howto train the students' Information Literacy in 'Information Technique Application Foundation'course. With the guide of modern education theory, combining the teaching experience for morethan ten years of the writer, the first step study has been done for excellent teaching designaccording to the Information Literacy trained. 'Information Technique Application Foundation'and carried on the actual application. The whole test has four parts totally.Chapter1 illustrate the research background of thesis in brief , analyze the importantmeaning on Information Literacy and training work and the foundation education courses reform.Chapter2 draw lessons of Information Literacy both at home and abroad, put forward thecontents of Information Literacy for college students and analyze the characteristics ofInformation Literacy according to the request for foundation education courses reform and thepractical teaching. In order to learn about what the Information Literacy of college students is like,and to make an efficient training methods, the writer has done a questionnaire. It is obviously seenthat the college students' information consciousness is weak and they lack information knowledge.Although they hold the positive attitude towards the information technique. But this kind ofattitude hasn't risen to self-conscious extent, hasn't transferred the need of information, study andusage of new technique into the conscious behavior. The ability of using information technique isweak Information morals are good comparatively, but not enough. The levels of most collegestudents' Information Literacy haven't reached the request for information study and teaching.There are many ways to train the students' Information Literacy: open InformationTechnique with other subjects, make use of information environment of school and family ,etc. butfor the current condition of our country ,setting up the Information Technique is still the main andeffective way to train the Students' Information Literacy. Therefore , this text has done a littleresearch in how to train the Students' Information Literacy in the 'Information TechniqueApplication Foundation' course.Chapter3 first analyze the current teaching situation in 'Information TechniqueApplication Foundation'. Point out the problems form the view of teaching content, teachingmethod, teaching judgement .Analyze the factors of blocking the development of Students'Information Literacy. Then , consider the teaching design as the foot, design everything formteaching aim design , teaching method choice, study method choice and ways of teachingjudgment. Form the whole teaching framework with the theory basis of formalism and personalize,task drive as main teaching method, self-study and co-operation as main study method, respectivejudgment as main point, research exams as associations.The last chapter is mainly about the practical application with 'Information TechniqueApplication Foundation' in Zibo Normal College. The contents of practice include: the basicknowledge and operation of FrontPage, designing websites and practice activities of students. Bypractice, it is easily proved that the framework of designing teaching theory is reasonable.Also ,the practical is efficient.
