The "sense of scene" originates from journalism,aiming to make the news audience feel as if they were there,and is applied to the field of education,which is "teaching sense of scene".It can create a sense of immersion and motivate students to learn actively.Under the guidance of the national policy of "building a high-quality education system",the teaching of morality and the rule of law in junior high school is based on the requirements of the new curriculum and adheres to the attributes of the subject of morality and the rule of law,and through teaching with a sense of the scene,the teaching of morality and the rule of law can be better realized by "moving with emotion".Through the teaching with a sense of scene,it can better achieve the "guide to action" and promote the students’ high-quality internalization and absorption of knowledge.However,in the current teaching process of morality and the rule of law at the junior high school level,some teachers and students do not pay enough attention to this course,treating it only as a subject of rote memorization,weakening the moral education of the subject,making the classroom become mechanical and procedural,in order to further enhance the effectiveness of moral education,it is necessary to enhance the teaching of morality and the rule of law sense of the scene,so that moral concepts and awareness of the rule of law can be consciously followed by teachers and students.In the introduction part,the reasons for the topic selection and the significance of the research are expounded from two dimensions of theory and practice.The concept,characteristics,functions and creation methods of the teaching scene sense are summarized.Finally,the research methods adopted in this paper,as well as the innovation and shortcomings are discussed.The first chapter is the connotation understanding and theoretical basis of moral and legal teaching scene sense in junior high school,focusing on the interpretation of junior high school moral and legal teaching scene sense related concepts and characteristics.The second chapter is the reflection of the content factors and functions of the present sense of moral and legal teaching in junior high school,in order to strengthen the cognition of the present sense of moral and legal teaching in junior high school.The third chapter is to investigate and analyze the present situation of the teaching scene feeling in morality and rule of law teaching through questionnaire survey and interview.The fourth chapter summarizes the problems existing in the present moral and rule of law teaching and discusses the reasons.The fifth chapter combines the teaching practice of morality and rule of law in junior middle school and puts forward corresponding suggestions and improvement strategies for the problems found in the investigation.Through the exposition of these six parts,the purpose is to effectively improve the sense of teaching morality and rule of law,enhance students’ learning experience,and promote the formation of students’ moral behavior habits,hoping to provide some help to the teaching practice.
