Abstract/Summary:
Preschool physical education is the cornerstone of our country’s physical e ducation.Young children’s physique is related to the health of young people,a nd their physique is related to the great plan of the rejuvenation of the mother land and the Chinese nation.Under the background of the new era of "early ch ildhood physical education",the construction of Kunming kindergarten teachers’ physical education ability evaluation system is conducive to improving their p hysical education ability,providing reference for them to further improve their own teaching weaknesses,and enriching the theory of early childhood educatio n.This paper takes the evaluation standard framework of preschool teachers’ p hysical education teaching as the main scientific research goal,and uses expert interview,literature review,analytic hierarchy process,Delphi method,mathem atical statistics and other research methods to establish the evaluation index sys tem of preschool teachers’ physical education teaching ability.The conclusions are as follows:1.The evaluation index system of kindergarten teachers’ physical education teaching ability in Kunming City has determined four first-level indicators and their corresponding weights,which are preschool teachers’ own quality and emotional attitude 0.3138,preschool teachers’ pre-class teaching preparation ability 0.1621,preschool teachers’ in-class implementation ability 0.3548,and preschool teachers’ after-class evaluation ability 0.1693.Among them,the weight of preschool teachers’ implementation ability in class is the largest,and the weight of pre-class teaching preparation ability is the least.2.The evaluation index system of preschool teachers’ physical education teaching ability determines 16 secondary indexes and their corresponding weight coefficients,such as sports knowledge reserve 0.0363,preschool teachers’ own sports quality 0.0566,preschool teachers’ moral literacy 0.1551.Preschool teachers’ physical emotion is 0.0659,and their target design ability of preschool physical education is0.0648,among which the weight of preschool teachers’ moral literacy is the highest,and the weight of error correction and incentive ability is the lowest.And identified a total of 48 tertiary indicators.3.According to the physical education teaching ability evaluation index system of Kunming preschool teachers,an easy-to-practice "Physical Education Teaching Ability Evaluation Scale for Kunming Preschool teachers" was developed.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and Yaahp27.0 software were used to calculate the weight of the indicators in the table and determine the weight coefficient of each indicator.4.The constructed indicator system is verified in practice.Through the Wilcoxon sign test and statistical correlation analysis of the expert subjective scoring and scoring table scoring results,it shows that the evaluation indicator system is reasonable and has practical application value.
