Kindergarten education is the foundation of basic education in China.Infant physique affects the future of the country and nation.In recent years,the state has issued a number of documents to emphasize the importance of children's sports.The kindergarten teachers are the direct performers of the kindergarten sports activities,and the research on the kindergarten teachers' physical teaching ability is an important guarantee to promote the comprehensive development of the kindergarten children.However,according to the relevant literature review,the evaluation of physical education ability is mostly aimed at universities or primary and secondary schools,and there is a lack of research on the evaluation of preschool teachers' physical education ability.Therefore,this study takes the evaluation index system of preschool teachers 'physical education ability as the research object;it uses literature data method,expert interview method,Delphi method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods;on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the current situation of evaluation of preschool teachers'physical education ability in Wuhan,Based on the theory of teaching evaluation,the characteristics of children's development,educational practice requirements and relevant policy documents,and based on the scientific,comprehensive and practical principles of the evaluation index system design,initially established the evaluation index system of physical education ability of children's teachers in Wuhan.After screening and optimizing the indicators of 15 experts in the field of preschool education,physical education,and front-line excellent preschool teachers,three rounds of expert surveys have been finalized to establish an index system for evaluating preschool teachers' physical education ability.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.Wuhan's current evaluation of preschool teachers' PE teaching ability is mainly carried out through curriculum assessment and teaching competitions.The evaluation includes aspects such as the acquisition of children's movements,expressions,and sweating,which are not comprehensive enough.2.Established Wuhan PE teacher's physical education ability index system,and identified three first-level indicators:pre-class teaching preparation ability,classroom teaching implementation ability,and after-school teaching evaluation ability;14 second-level indicators are understanding and mastering preschool education Ability to document,ability to formulate programs for children's physical education activities;51 three-level indicators are the ability to reasonably use children's physical education resources,the ability to understand the physical and psychological characteristics of children and the current level.3.The analytic hierarchy process is used in conjunction with Yaahp analysis software to calculate the index weights.The weight distribution of the first-level indicators is the pre-class teaching preparation ability of 0.2695,the classroom teaching implementation ability of 0.5969,the after-school teaching evaluation ability of 0.1336,and the classroom teaching implementation ability is more important.Among the secondary indicators,B5 classroom organization and management ability,B6 early childhood activity observation and guidance ability,B1 language expression ability,and A2 ability to formulate early childhood teaching activity programs are more important than other indicators.4.According to the evaluation index system of physical education teaching ability of preschool teachers,a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods is used to establish an evaluation scale of physical education teaching ability of preschool teachers.The weighted score of each indicator is calculated according to the weight value of each three-level indicator and the corresponding evaluation level.The sum of the weighted scores of all indicators is the final score of the person being evaluated.
