As the reserve talents of future physical education teachers,physical education students have the dual identities of "students" and "teachers".As college students,they are the training objects of core literacy education policy;as future physical education teachers,they are the teachers of core literacy education policy.To explore the new requirements for the teaching ability of students majoring in Physical Education under the background of core literacy education,and to establish a complete set of evaluation index system of teaching ability can improve the quality of personnel training in Colleges and universities,and provide outstanding physical education workers for the cause of core literacy education,which has far-reaching significance for promoting the cultivation and development of students’ core literacy.By using Literature review method,this paper combs and studies the related contents of core literacy at domestic and overseas and the teaching ability of normal students under the core literacy,and understands the research focus of core literacy in various countries.On this basis,it uses grounded theory and Delphi method to determine the content of the evaluation index system of teaching ability of students majoring in Physical Education under the background of core literacy,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index Finally,the paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the students of physical education major in Liao Ning Normal University.The conclusions are as follows:(1)From the perspective of core literacy,the evaluation index system of teaching ability of students majoring in physical education includes four first-class indexes: The ability of cultivating sports moral character,teaching analysis and design ability,teaching practice ability and development and innovation ability;personal characteristics,infiltration ability of moral education,teaching analysis ability,teaching process design ability and teaching evaluation design ability,classroom communication and expression ability,teaching implementation and adaptability,evaluation and control ability,teaching research ability,teaching innovation ability,autonomous learning ability There are 11 secondary indicators and 42 tertiary indicators of evaluation design ability.(2)In the weight of each index,teaching practice ability has the largest weight,followed by teaching analysis and design ability,the ability of cultivating sports moral character and development and innovation ability.(3)Under the core quality of physical education students’ teaching ability evaluation index system,the elements are independent and interactive,with the characteristics of integrity and development.(4)Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for practical application,we can see that the teaching ability of physical education students can be evaluated,which shows that the evaluation index system constructed by the research is scientific and applicable.
