The Ministry of Education has clearly put forward need to actively promote the reform and innovation of vocational education employment as the guide.This is not only in line with the changing demand for talents in China’s social and economic development,but is also inevitable need for the sustainable development of vocational schools themselves.For secondary lecturers,it is a crucial task to explore in depth how to provide secondary students with best quality learning development opportunities so that they can become outstanding lifelong learners and future workers.As secondary students are relatively weak and lack the ability to develop good study habits,it has become a crucial task to enhance the quality of teaching and learning in vocational education.The course Fundamentals of Integrated Network Cab comprehensive and practical course required for computer network application secondary school Guizhou.Whether students can master technical course well will be related whether they can successfully connect with content subsequent courses,and it also has important significance for cultivation of students’ engineering skills and engineering career awareness.The action-oriented approach is a novel teaching paradigm oriented towards employment,with students as main subject of teaching activities and the goal of enhancing practical skills.In view of the current problems course "Network Integrated Cabling Fundamentals",such as insufficient practical teaching links,low interest of students in learning and too single teaching methods of teachers,the thesis takes course "Network Integrated Cabling Fundamentals" as an example and uses action-oriented method to explore and practice teaching reform of this course,applying the teaching methods based on action-oriented guiding ideology the course "Network Integrated Cabling Fundamentals" and exploring how The thesis explores how to stimulate students’ interest in this course,how to improve teaching quality of the secondary computer practical training course,and enhance students’ comprehensive practical ability,so as to prepare them for future employment and truly realise fundamental task of "employment-oriented" vocational education.
