| Network marketing is a compulsory course for students majoring in e-commerce,and it is very important for students to learn this course well.Through the investigation and observation of the educational internship and educational internship stage,the author found that the students of secondary vocational schools are not very active in learning.In the face of this situation,how to stimulate students’ interest in learning,make the classroom active,and maximize the teaching effect and quality,is the direction of teachers’ concern and efforts.At the same time,the author understands that the case teaching method,as a classic teaching method,is welcomed by the teachers of the network marketing course.Based on constructivist theory,pragmatism education theory and discovery learning theory,this paper investigates schools in city A and B.The author draws on relevant literature and scales to establish a questionnaire for students,and conducts a survey with students from three classes of the 21st grade e-commerce major in the school as the survey objects,analyzes the data collected from the questionnaire,and obtains the factors that affect the students’ learning effect.;The author draws on the mature classroom observation scale and the revision suggestions of front-line teachers,establishes the classroom observation scale,and observes the classroom situation of the three classes of the school’s 21-level e-commerce major and the case teaching method used in the network marketing course.Find out the problems existing in the application of case teaching method;based on literature reading and the compilation of questionnaires,determine the outline of teacher interviews,take the school’s e-commerce professional teachers as the survey objects,and understand the current situation of case teaching method teaching.Based on the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey,classroom observation and teacher interviews,the author finally draws the factors that affect the students’ learning effect in the application of the case teaching method in the network marketing course,which are the quality of the case,the specific implementation of the case teaching and the teaching effect of the case teaching method.There is a significant positive correlation between the three factors and students’ learning effect.At the same time,according to the research,the author found problems,such as cases that did not fully mobilize students’ interest and had certain difficulties,unreasonable allocation of time between cases and knowledge,low participation of students in case discussion and result presentation,and short time and single method of teaching evaluation.,is highly subjective.Analysis of relevant reasons,such as teachers did not fully consider the students’ learning situation when selecting cases,teachers did not fully grasp the relationship between cases and knowledge,teachers did not fully play a guiding role,and teachers did not pay enough attention to teaching evaluation.And put forward the following suggestions:teachers constantly update the case content,considering students’ interest and understanding ability;teachers reasonably allocate the time for cases and knowledge;teachers play a guiding role in the process of case teaching;rationally arrange teaching evaluation time,evaluate and compile teaching evaluations in multiple ways surface.The research in this paper not only enriches the theory of the application of case teaching method in secondary vocational network marketing courses,but also provides a reference for teachers to improve the teaching effect of case teaching method. |
