Animal experiment is the core of exhaustive exercise method to study the reactionof heart to a high level of physical activity. To explore the researchers use variousmeans the heart of high intensity physical activity in reactions. Including morphologicalmethod, physical method, chemical method, biological method. Experimental study onexhaust heart motor responses to a high level of physical activity by animal force, isconducive to our understanding of cardiac tolerance, for the evaluation of humancardiac function, has important significance to exercise reasonable arrangements for thetraining quantity etc..Heart sound detection analysis on cardiac reserve capacity, fatigue, heart heartenergy evaluation and judgement is of great significance on. Heart health in today’ssociety, the health problems of attention for people. Health assessment of cardiacfunction in heart sound based on the advantages of:1. Determination of D/S index onlyneed to be done in the resting state, without movement experiment, which is verysuitable for the elderly, frail patients can not do the walking experiment population. Therapid determination, each time only needs5minutes to complete. The noninvasive,probe as stethoscope exercise cardiac contractility monitor, no current or other thingsinto the body. The low cost and meet the requirements of health economics, to serve thepublic. Visible, popularity will sound test to evaluate heart healthy benefits to humanitybased on.This paper is based on the SD rats as the experimental object of treadmill test,using the movement of cardiac contractility monitor of rats were measured in thedifferent states, each index of sound changes. The content of the research includes theindex of rats with heart, heart rate, S1, S2D/S, and the changes are analyzed anddiscussed, especially for the first heart sound appeared in the course of the experimentmade a detailed statement of alternation, and the mechanism is discussed.Conclusion: with the increase of exercise intensity, the heart rate of the ratincreased; S1/S2showed increasing trend; rat D/S ratio decreased with increasingamount of exercise. In the course of the experiment, we found that the rats are in thefirst heart sound alternation, namely the first heart sound present one high and one lowalternation trend. This phenomenon may be related to the first sound of contractionstrength, namely the first sound of contraction is strong, the amplitude of the first heart sound is low, the first sound of contraction is relatively weak, the first heart sound afterhigh amplitude.
