Xi Jinping’s Thought On The Rule Of Law Into Teaching Research Of Junior High School "ethics And Rule Of Law"

Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law is the guiding ideology of comprehensively governing the country by law,and a scientific summary of the practical experience of building the rule of law under the leadership of the CPC.It is of great significance to integrate Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law into the course of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school.The research focuses on three aspects: "why,what and how to finance"."Why integration" : analyzing the theoretical basis of Xi Jinping’s thought of rule of law into the teaching of morality and Rule of Law in junior high school,explain the core meaning and significance of Xi Jinping’s thought of the rule of law,and clarify the necessity of Xi Jinping’s thought of the thought of the rule of law into the teaching of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school."What to integrate" :analyze the content and characteristics of the textbook at three levels,such as "growing me","the relationship with others and the collective","the relationship with the society and the country",and clarify the content of the relationship between the textbook and Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law."How to integrate" : following the principles of direction,unity of theory and practice,combination of indoctrination and inspiration,and comprehensiveness,we put forward the integration strategy.Specifically,one is the "alloy" based on teaching theory and teaching practice;the second is the perfect teaching system of Xi Jinping thought under the rule of law;the third is the goal orientation to achieve the curriculum objectives and teaching objectives led by Xi Jinping thought under the rule of law;the fourth is the evaluation and improve the evaluation system to test and promote the effectiveness of integration.Finally,taking the first volume of grade 9 "Building China under the Rule of Law as an example",complete the teaching case design of Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought into "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school,and show and analyze the teaching practice of Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought into "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school.
