| Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Ideological and political courses in senior high schools are the key courses to implement the task of morality and cultivating people in middle school and cultivate students’ core literacy of ideological and political subjects.Incorporating Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law into high school ideological and political courses for teaching is conducive to improving students’ legal literacy,optimizing high school ideological and political courses,and laying a solid foundation for the implementation of the strategy of governing the country by law.However,at present,the integration of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law into the teaching of high school ideological and political courses still has problems such as lack of solid knowledge,lack of deep understanding,lack of ability to apply what they have learned,lack of emotional identity,lack of subjective initiative,and single teaching method.In order to improve the effectiveness of the integration of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law into high school ideological and political courses,this paper gives optimization suggestions from five dimensions of teachers,students,teaching content,teaching methods and teaching environment,that is,teachers should establish scientific teaching concepts and strengthen the learning of legal knowledge.And focus on the improvement of the rule of law teaching ability to improve their own rule of law teaching literacy;in terms of students,they should help them establish the rule of law learning subject consciousness,improve their autonomous learning ability and provide the rule of law learning.Teaching content should be combined with current affairs,close to society and students to ensure that it is contemporary,attractive and easily accepted by students;the choice of teaching methods should be diversified and in line with academic conditions to enhance students’ understanding,recognition and application of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law The optimization of the teaching environment should focus on the establishment of an equal and close relationship between teachers and students and the creation of a harmonious democratic teaching atmosphere. |
