Taking Xi Jinping Thought On The Rule Of Law As The Guide,strengthening The Cultivation Of Youth’s Awareness Of The Rule Of Law

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has proceeded from the overall situation and strategic height,comprehensively promoted the rule of law,and made significant progress in the practice of comprehensively governing the country according to law.Young people are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation.Strengthening education on the rule of law for young people is a basic project for comprehensively ruling the country according to law,and is also an objective requirement for comprehensively implementing the party’s education policy,promoting the healthy growth and all-round development of young people,and cultivating qualified socialist citizens.Over the years,through multi-channel and multi-form publicity and education on the legal system,the legal quality of the vast number of young people has been markedly improved.However,on the whole,juvenile rule of law education still has problems such as insufficient understanding of its important position,lack of integrity in educational planning,and methods and methods to be innovated.Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is the fundamental observance and action guide for comprehensively ruling the country according to law,and is also an important guiding ideology for youth rule of law education.This study takes the teaching of "Politics and rule of law" as an example to explore how to adhere to Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law as the guide to strengthen the cultivation of young people’s awareness of the rule of law.The study is divided into five parts:The first part,thesis topic selection and research overview.The background and significance of the selected topics,the current situation of relevant research at home and abroad,their analysis,research ideas and research methods are discussed.The second part,Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law and the Cultivation of Youth’s Awareness of the Rule of Law,are outlined.Briefly describe the core content and significance of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,the connotation and extension of the rule of law and rule of law awareness,the content of youth’s rule of law awareness,and discuss the necessity and importance of strengthening the cultivation of young people’s rule of law awareness led by Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law.The third part is the current situation and problems of the cultivation of juvenile awareness of the rule of law.Investigate and study the current situation and problems of the cultivation of juvenile awareness of the rule of law,and analyze the reasons for its occurrence in depth.The fourth part is strategies to strengthen the cultivation of youth awareness of the rule of law under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law.The strategies for cultivating young people’s rule of law awareness are discussed from three aspects:strengthening the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,building an education and teaching community,and optimizing cultivation methods.The fifth part is to strengthen the teaching design of young people’s awareness of the rule of law under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law.Taking the lesson "Law Abiding by the Whole People" in the course of "Politics and rule of law" as an example,a variety of teaching methods such as topic teaching,case discussion,and value analysis are comprehensively adopted,and Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is promoted into the heart and brain.
