Research On The Cultivation Path Of College Student Model Worker Spirit In The New Era

The spirit of model workers is the precious spiritual wealth accumulated by model workers in their long-term practice.The broad model workers,as the advanced representatives of the working class,played a new force role in our revolution,construction and reform in each historical period.Model worker spirit is the spiritual guidance to promote the all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,American and labor of college students in the new era.Model workers provide a typical example for college students in the new era to practice socialist core values.On the new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,cultivating college students’ spirit of model workers is an important channel to expand college labor education,which is conducive to helping them practice the socialist core values,and is conducive to cultivating new people who take on the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.So,in view of the problems and deficiencies in the cultivation of the spirit of college student model workers,how to put forward the specific path of cultivation is an urgent problem to be solved.In order to put forward the path of cultivating model worker spirit of college students in the new era,we should first clarify the relevant basic concepts and the relevant theoretical basis followed.Secondly,we should be able to accurately identify the urgent tasks and existing problems of cultivating model worker spirit at present.Finally,we should seek solutions to the problems.In this paper,literature research method,interdisciplinary research method,comparative research method and other methods are adopted to sort out the connotation,characteristics,historical development,times value and other basic theoretical issues of the spirit of model workers,comparative research and analysis of the current situation and formation reasons of the cultivation of the spirit of model workers in college students,and put forward relevant solutions,which specifically covers the content of four parts.The first part expounds the basic concepts of spirit cultivation of model workers,including the concepts of spirit cultivation of model workers,and distinguishes the spirit of model workers from the spirit of labor and the spirit of craftsman.At the same time,it elaborates the connotation of spirit of model workers in detail.The second part is the theoretical basis and value objective of the spirit cultivation of college model workers in the new era.The theoretical basis includes: the relevant discussion of the Marxist view of labor,the important discussion of the spirit of model workers by Chinese Communists and the labor thought contained in the excellent traditional culture of China.The purpose of value includes: from the perspective of students’ main body,the emphasis is on guiding college students to practice the socialist core values and contribute to the realization of national rejuvenation and national prosperity;From the Angle of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,it provides the spirit carrier for labor education in the new era.The third part is the development of the spirit cultivation of college student model workers in the new era and the reason analysis of the formation of the current situation.The current situation of development is analyzed from the perspectives of college students’ mental cognition,labor emotion and labor value orientation.In view of the reasons for the formation of the interpretation of the current situation,from the three aspects of society,school and family,social propaganda and education,college model worker spirit cultivation,family labor practice to find reasons.Finally,the paper puts forward the concrete path to cultivate the spirit of model workers in the new era: first,strengthen the publicity and education of the spirit of model workers through social media;The second is to strengthen the emphasis on the spirit cultivation of model workers;Third,strengthen the basic role of family in cultivating model worker spirit.To sum up,this paper holds that the core of cultivating the spirit of model workers of college students in the new era lies in constructing an integrated cultivation model of society,school and family,thus forming an educational force and achieving the real purpose of cultivating virtues and cultivating people.
