| After a long process of development and continuous exploration of labor practice,the Chinese nation has accumulated precious spiritual wealth and formed a model worker spirit with love and dedication,striving for excellence,hard work,innovation,indifference to fame and wealth,and dedication as the core,which is an important part of the national spirit of China.The spirit of model workers occupies a very important position in the whole national spirit of our country.It is the spiritual power of building a modern socialist country,and it is also the spirit that every modern people should inherit.Around us the most ordinary post,there are many tireless,dedicated devotees and workers,their scores in the midst of the ordinary work to create is not common,is what they are in constant struggle,social constant development and progress,the future of the construction of various undertakings is needs the support of the model and guide.Spirit of labor model with Marxist labor theory,the leading group of the Chinese traditional view of labor and other discourse about the spirit of labor model as the theoretical basis,bud in new-democratic revolution period,took shape after the founding of new China,since reform and opening-up development mature,each has its own characteristics in every stage of connotation,from revolutionary development as the "workhorse" model to evolve into an innovative,after decades of glorious course.New times spirit of labor model on the content and target and ideological and political education work has a lot of relevant and fit,to incorporate both can enhance the consciousness of college students’ love of labor,the arduous struggle the undergraduates’ quality,to help students establish correct greatly and guide students to practice the socialist core values.At present,in the process of the integration of the two,there are problems such as insufficient classroom teaching,relatively limited channels and weak cultural atmosphere,which affect the cultivation effect to a large extent.Through the problem-oriented analysis of the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward the path to better realize the integration of the two from three aspects: coordinating the curriculum teaching,inheriting the model worker spirit,enriching the cultivation carrier,carrying forward the model worker spirit and creating a cultural atmosphere.In the face of the new era,the mission and task of young people are more important.If college students want to make more contributions to the development of society,they must actively study and practice the spirit of model workers in the new era,comprehensively improve their quality,and strive to be builders of the new era. |
