Research On The Integration Of Labor Model Spirit Into The Ideological And Political Education Of College Students

The Communist Party of China has forged a great spiritual genealogy during its hundred years of glorious history,and the spirit of model workers is one of them.In the long-term practice of revolution,construction and reform and development,the spirit of model workers with the core content of "love and dedication,striving for first-class,hard work and innovation,indifference to fame and fortune and willingness to devote" has been formed,which is a high-quality resource for the ideological and political education of college students.It is a theoretical and practical proposition to further enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students.This paper uses SWOT analysis research method to conduct a comprehensive and systematic study on the integration of the spirit of model workers into the ideological and political education of college students.Firstly,on the basis of combing the budding period(new democracy revolutionary period),the embryonic period(socialist revolution and construction period),the development period(the new period of reform and opening up)and the maturity period(the new era)of the spirit of the model worker,and studying the connotation of the spirit of the model worker in each different period,the scientific connotation of the spirit of the model worker is interpreted in more detail,and the scientific connotation of the spirit of the model worker is further explored in three aspects: ideological leadership,value orientation and personality shaping.The ideological and political education value of the labor model spirit is further explored in three aspects: ideological leadership,value orientation and personality building.Secondly,using the SWOT analysis method,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of integrating the spirit of the model worker into the ideological and political education of college students are analyzed,and it is concluded that the integration of the spirit of the model worker into college students has certain advantages,the connotation of the spirit of the model worker fits with the content of the ideological and political education of college students,the cultivation requirements and education goals are undertaken,and the cultivation paths and education methods are mutual.In particular,the Party and the State attach great importance to promoting the spirit of model workers in the whole society,the contemporary college students have a realistic demand for the spirit of model workers in practicing the core socialist values,the double-creation strategy promotes the development of the spirit of model workers,and the new media technology expands the ways to integrate the spirit of model workers.The negative impact of the new media technology on the integration of the spirit of model workers.Through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of integrating the spirit of model workers into the ideological and political education of college students,we propose the path options for integrating the spirit of model workers into the ideological and political education of college students.Firstly,it is integrated into classroom teaching,and the synergy of promoting the spirit of model workers is formed by playing the role of the main channel of Civic Science courses in colleges and universities and the synergy of "Curriculum Civic Science";Secondly,it is expanded into practical teaching,and the spirit of model workers is integrated into social practice to strengthen the practice of students;Third,to create a cultural atmosphere and integrate the spirit of the model worker into the campus culture to improve the ideological level of students;Fourth,to strengthen media publicity,expand the influence of the spirit of model workers,and let the spirit of model workers enter the brain and heart.
