| In the field of education,the relationship between teachers and students is the most fundamental one.Building good teacher-student relations can promote the quality of school education,promote teachers’ identification of their professional roles,fully protect students’ dominant position,and promote the coexistence of teachers and students.With the deepening of interdisciplinary research,it has become a new trend to analyze teacher-student relationship from different perspectives.Martin Buber’s philosophy of dialogue is different from the traditional subjective philosophy of subject-guest binary opposition,which provides a new perspective for the study of teacher-student relationship.This study mainly adopts the theoretical analysis method,trying to explain the supposed pattern of teacher-student relationship from the perspective of Martin Buber’s philosophy of dialogue,highlighting its advantages,and on this basis,proposes how to promote the realization of teacher-student relationship from the perspective of philosophy of dialogue in practice.Martin Buber’s philosophy of Dialogue is the core theory of this study.Based on the elaboration of the main ideas and characteristics of Martin Buber’s philosophy of dialogue,this paper analyzes the relevance of dialogue philosophy to the relationship between teachers and students.Both Martin Buber’s philosophy of Dialogue and the study of the relationship between teachers and students take the relationship between people as the main research content,and the main ideas in the philosophy of dialogue can be used for reference to solve the problems existing in the relationship between teachers and students.It is of certain relevance to take care of the relationship between teachers and students with the philosophy of dialogue.The teacher-student relationship from the perspective of Martin Buber’s dialogue philosophy is different from the traditional teacher-student relationship of subject-client opposition.In essence,it is a kind of "I-you" dialogue relationship.Teachers and students are two-way interactive relationships between subjects and subjects.The teacher-student relationship from the perspective of Martin Buber’s dialogue philosophy includes the harmonious and symbiotic working relationship,the intimate communication relationship,the democratic and equal organizational relationship and the emotional relationship caring for life.Intersubjectivity,interactivity,emotion and generativity are the main characteristics of teacher-student relationship from the perspective of Martin Buber’s dialogue philosophy.Based on the elaboration of the supposed pattern of teacher-student relationship from the perspective of Martin Buber’s philosophy of dialogue,this paper puts forward how to promote the realization of teacher-student relationship from the perspective of Martin Buber’s philosophy of dialogue.Teachers need to change the traditional teaching concept,teachers from the imparts of knowledge to teach students to learn,from students’ intellectual development to focus on the overall development of students;Teachers need to update their cognition of their own roles.Teachers are no longer monologues but interlocutors,teachers are no longer knowledge imparts but guides and facilitators of students’ learning,teachers are no longer command distributors but listeners;Teachers and students should respect each other,trust and care,enhance teacher and student emotional communication;Teachers and students should work together to create an equal and inclusive dialogue atmosphere and activate their awareness of dialogue. |
