| People are people in the society,and learning to coexist with people is the guarantee for individuals to enter the society and carry out social practice.Primary school is the most basic period of one’s life development.The teacher-student relationship in primary school plays a fundamental role in cultivating the ability to coexist with others.Through the previous studies on the teacher-student relationship,it is found that the current academic debate on teacher-student relationship still exists,and the theory of teacher-student relationship is constantly updated.There are different kinds of teacher-student relationship theories,so what is the status quo of teacher-student relationship in primary school? Is there a problem? If so,what is the problem and why?Based on this,the researcher sets out from the primary school field,analyzes the reality elementary and middle school teacher-student relations existence question.Through the research,it is found that although the attention to the teacher-student relationship has been increasing in recent years,there are still the following problems in practice: first,the deviation of the communication concept,mainly manifested as the tool tendency of teacher-student communication and the teacher authority tendency too strong;The second is the separation of the main body of communication,which is reflected in the strong sense of estrangement between teachers and students,and the suppression of students’ freedom by teachers’ behavior.Third,the narrowing of communication behavior,that is,the narrow range of teacher-student interaction and less psychological interaction;The fourth is the lack of dialogue between teachers and students,which is manifested as the idea of dialogue is not clear and the content of dialogue is not ideal.Through the in-depth analysis of the communication between teachers and students in primary schools,combined with the perspective of "I-you" theory,it is believed that the main reasons are the understanding of the concept of communication,the establishment of the subject of communication,the development of communication behavior and the dialogue between teachers and students.Finally,from the perspective of pedagogy,with the help of Martin Buber’s "I-you" philosophical theory of dialogue,this paper aims at the problems existing in the teacher-student relationship in primary schools,starting from the subject of teachers and supplemented by the power of schools,and puts forward countermeasures for the teacher-student relationship in primary schools from the perspective of "I-you".First,Take a positive view of teacher-student communication and affirm its educational value;The second is to develop classroom dialogue strategies.Starting from paying attention to the subject of students,dialogue with teaching materials and environmental objects;Dialogue between teachers and students,teachers and students;Dialogue with self,realize the transformation of teachers’ image,guide students to implement their roles and the coexistence of dialogue and listening;Third,extracurricular communication strategies between teachers and students.Pay attention to each other,turn to each other,meet "between",create a communication atmosphere of love and trust,fully affirm the individual development of students,the whole vision includes the integrity of students,Finally,cultivate the responsibility and responsibility of teachers and students for the relationship.From the school level,it is more to play the role of guarantee,to create a favorable environment for the communication between teachers and students,and to share power for the realization of a more "human" teacher-student relationship in primary schools. |
