The Relationship Between The Teachers And Students In Teachers' Continuing Education Under The Theory Of Dialogue

Nowadays theory of dialogue is the subject of education. This theory has been used asprinciples for analyzing educational problems by many educational rationalists which hasspanned three stages from MM·Bakhtin proposed that Martin Buber of development, and then byPaul Freire systematic interpretation of education, dialogue literary theory itself has gone fromtheory into philosophical speculation, and then transferred to the contemporary. The problems inteachers’continuing education as a new educational model which is different from teachers’traditional on-job training are in stages of development. The thesis is going to analyze the currentstatus of teacher-student relationship of teachers’continuing education and the root of theproblem with the theory of dialogue as the basis, and seek to offer constructive advices forteacher-student relationship of teachers’continuing education in our country on thesefoundations.The thesis consists of four parts: the introduction; the status of the investigation; thetheoretical basis part and the strategy part.The first part of the introduction of the topics introduces it in this paper origins, relativeresearch papers home and abroad and the basic research thinking. The status of the investigationillustrates the current issues of teacher-student relationship of teachers’continuing education andanalyzes its origin. The theoretical basis part puts forward the theory of dialogue and itssignificance to teacher-student relationship of teachers’continuing education. The last part forstrategy gives advice and suggestions for constructing a harmonious type of teacher-studentrelationship.
