Martin Buber is one of the famous German Jewish religious philosophers, educators, translators and representatives of the theism existentialism in the 20 th century. He lived in a special era of economic prosperity and social unrest: on the one hand, the two industrial revolutions promoted the development of European social productive forces, and the whole society showed a thriving scene;on the other hand, the two world wars caused Europe to fall into the trap.In the midst of great turmoil.Martin Buber has a good family education and a unique personal study and life experience. The special background of the times and personal life experiences prompted him to think deeply about the relationship between people, and finally made him unique on the basis of Jewish religious philosophy, existential philosophy, and Feuerbachian philosophy.A characteristic philosophical theory of dialogue.Martin Buber's philosophy of dialogue is also known as "relationship philosophy","interview philosophy" and "other philosophy." This philosophical thought is concentrated in his classic book "I and You" and "People and People".Martin Buber's philosophy of dialogue emphasizes the duality of the world and life, that is,both the world and life contain the two attributes of the "I-it" relationship and the "I-you" relationship. The "I-it" relationship is a relationship of experience, creating a world of experience and "I-it" life. The "I-you" relationship is a dialogue between the subjects, creating a relationship between the world and the "I-you" life. The "I-you" relationship is the true nature of all relationships between man,man and nature, man and God.This relationship is characterized by mutuality, directness, currentness and integrity.Martin Buber advocates the ontology of the relationship, thinking that everything is in the relationship, and the relationship exists before the essence of the thing. In the "I-you" relationship,"I" and "you" are linked together, but each still retains its own subjectivity, that is,it has its so-called "between" field. In Martin Buber's view, the ultimate goal of dialogue philosophy is to achieve the encounter with God,convert to "the eternal you",and establish the "I-you" relationship.Martin Buber believes that "the relationship in education is one of pure dialogue." According to Martin Buber's philosophy of dialogue, teachers and students should also be a "I-you" relationship. The essence of the "I-you" teacher-student relationship is the inclusion, that is,the teacher's unilateral experience of the students, reflecting the particularity of the "I-you" relationship in the field of education. The inner foundation of the "I-you" teacher-student relationship is trust. In order to obtain the trust of students, teachers should participate in the life of students in good faith and give students “education from above”.Thepremise of the "I-you" teacher-student relationship is freedom, with the distinction of "external freedom" and "inner freedom." In Martin Buber's view,"teacher-centered" traditional education and "student-centered" new education are misunderstandings of freedom, and true freedom cannot be suppressed but should be developed naturally.Spontaneous.Responsibility is the inevitable requirement of the "I-you" teacher-student relationship and the response to the "real reality." Love is the key to the "I-you" teacher-student relationship.Martin Buber believes that love and emotion are fundamentally different, and love directly contributes to the "I-you" relationship.According to Martin Buber's philosophy of dialogue, the construction of the "I-you" teacher-student relationship can be started from the following aspects: First, teachers and students should maintain an appropriate distance to maintain the teacher's "inclusion" relationship with students;secondly, pay attention to "Education from above" wins students' trust in teachers;once again, rationally controls the freedom of tension between teachers and students, and effectively safeguards the true relationship between teachers and students;repeats, emphasizes the sense of responsibility of teachers and students, and cultivates teachers and students Their respective responsibilities and responsibilities;finally, the essence of love is clarified, and the spirit of "I-you" is achieved.
