Paulo Freire, in the 20th century critical education theory and practice, is the most important and influential Brazilian educator, reputed as the "Latin America’ Dewey",also known as the "third theory revolutionary" pioneer and implementer after "Hull Bart", "Dewey". His theory of liberation education have had a very profound impact on Brazil and the world. Especially with the publication and advent of his "Pedagogy of the Oppressed", which injected a fresh and powerful force to the state’s people subjected to totalitarian oppression, it provokes reality thinking and revolt to unfair treatment, arouses people’ critical consciousness, and helps people form a new understanding to the existing situation, joining in the ranks of the transformation of reality, and breaking free from the previously oppressed. View of teacher-student relationship as a very important dimension of liberation educational theory is also worthy of attention.Paulo Freire’s view of teacher-student relationship is the core of his liberation of educational theory, and featured with its own conception. About view of teacher-student relationship, Paul Freire has its own unique understanding and recognition. About it,at first, this paper mainly analyzes the background and ideological origins of formation of Paulo Freire’s view of teacher-student relationship. it is derived from the results of the various aspects of the comprehensive factors. including its own special personal experiences, Brazil Northeast special region background, as well as special Latin America international background, also analyzes the ideological basis for his view of teacher-student relationship, which provides the basis for a deeper understanding of his thoughts. Then mainly analyzes the basic connotation of Paulo Freire’s view of the relationship between teachers and students. Dialogue is the way of constructing democratic teacher-student relationship way. He stressed that communication between teachers and students should be " dialogue" type. Only through equal dialogue can ensure teaching smoothly finished; The cultivation of critical thinking is the foundation of democratic teacher-student relationship view. Paulo Freire gives a profound critique to indoctrination education, he pointes that it implies an oppression and oppression, control and controlled relationship, which is a distortion of human nature, students lose revolt consciousness, and willingly suffer oppression, lose the abilities to understand the world and transform the world.
