Research On The Intervention Of Social Work In Grid Governance Of Resource-based Community

With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up,to improve the modernization level of management,the principal contradiction in our society has great changes have taken place.How to better resolve social conflicts and promote the promotion of social governance has become an urgent problem in our country.Grid governance model as the key grasping in grassroots social governance,promoted the stable development of Chinese grassroots social,then social work as an important force to promote grassroots social governance,should be professional values and scientific methods to promote the successful transformation of community grid governance model.Among them,resource-based communities are a special existence in urban communities.Improving the dependence of resource-based communities on resource enterprises,returning their governance pattern and governance development to the right track,and enhancing the autonomy of community subjects have become the top priority for social work professionals to intervene in the grid governance of resource-based communities.This paper takes L coal mine community in C City as a case study.Social workers stand in the perspective of community grid governance participants,take advantage perspective theory and multicentric governance theory as theoretical support,and use the regional development model in community social work to pre-evaluate the grid governance status and existing problems of resource-based communities.Based on the analysis of the actual needs of the grid governance of resource-based communities,the corresponding practical plan is formulated,and the practical work is gradually carried out in accordance with the exploration stage--mobilization stage--construction stage--evaluation stage.First of all,social workers visit the grid deeply,seek the support of grid residents,establish grid professional relationship,and dig the needs of the community grid.Secondly,we should mobilize the community grid members,grid residents,grid backbone,grid volunteers and other diverse subjects to encourage all subjects to actively participate in grid affairs.On this basis,it will accumulate manpower,material resources and community capital for community grid governance,carry out publicity and education activities to promote the development of community grid governance,and widely participate in the Mid-Autumn Festival art show evening activities,and promote residents participating in community grid governance to participate in long-term grid micro wish activities.Make the community service object gradually and widely participate in the community grid governance practice.Finally,through the intervention process evaluation and intervention effect evaluation of this resource-based community grid governance project,it is determined that this service has basically achieved the expected effect.After the above intervention practice and evaluation,this study finds that the advantages of social work intervention in grid governance of resource-based communities are very significant.It is not only consistent with the goal of community grid governance,but also complementary to the strengths and weaknesses of grid members,which strongly promotes the development process of grid governance of resource-based communities.However,there are still some shortcomings in the service process that need to be improved,such as the lack of sustainability of the service objects’ participation in grid activities and the professional nature of social work.Based on this,this paper puts forward the prospect of grid governance development of resource-based communities and local development of social work,and provides useful suggestions and references for social work to intervene in grid governance of resource-based communities.
