"Grid administrators" are grassroots workers in the community grid who are fulltime engaged in information collection and comprehensive services.With the continuous development of urbanization in China,the importance of adopting advanced technologies and new management methods to improve urban management capabilities has become increasingly prominent.In November 2013,the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee put forward the grass-roots governance direction of "grid management and socialized service" As the main force of the grid management,the grid administrator has gradually entered the public eye.In this paper,the W community in S Province was taken as the survey site,the grid administrator was the research object.Ecosystem theory and Social learning theory and Social interaction theory as the main theoretical basis.The researcher collected data through interviews and participatory observation.In the study,grid administrators in the W community have some work plight.Through the researcher’s three-month service,we hope to alleviate the work plight of the grid administrator and provide more favorable conditions for the development of the W community grid administrator group.The following conclusions are drawn: The multi-modal intervention practice of professional social work has achieved certain results in alleviating the work plight of urban grid administrators.It not only meets the diverse needs of grid administrators,but also improves the working conditions,working status and working ability of this group.This practice provides an opportunity for social workers to learn and accumulate experience,hoping to provide reference and learning for the social work intervention grid administrator group.At the same time,it also provides positive reference significance for improving the modernization level of the grass-roots governance system and governance capabilities. |
