The release of the "double reduction" policy is a reform of education,with the main purpose of reducing the burden of students’ academic work and off campus training,effectively improving the level of school running,and building a high-quality education system.With the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,after-school services have been launched nationwide.After-class sports service is an important component of after-school services,which plays an important role in promoting educational reform,the healthy development of adolescents,and quality education.This article takes the optimization strategy of after-school sports services in primary schools in Shuozhou City under the background of "double reduction" as the main research object,and takes the physical education teachers,students,and parents of ten primary schools surveyed as the survey objects.Through the use of literature,questionnaire,interview,Delphi method,logical analysis,and mathematical statistics,it studies the optimization strategy of after-school sports services in primary schools in Shuozhou City,and finally reaches the following conclusions:(1)All primary schools in Shuozhou have carried out after-school sports service activities in compliance with the requirements of the “Double reduction” policy and related documents,and have a good mass base.However,they are faced with certain practical difficulties in the process of implementation,it mainly embodies in three aspects:service guarantee,service process and service effect.(2)The teachers of after-school sports service are relatively weak,which seriously restricts the development of after-school sports service.The quantity and category of teachers are lacking to a certain extent,and schools do not actively introduce third-party service institutions,so the quality of teachers team is not guaranteed.(3)On the whole,the basic facilities of primary schools need to be improved,most of them have problems such as non-standard facilities,shortage of equipment and facilities,and the hardware resources are in urgent need of improvement.(4)In the process of developing after-school sports service,because there are no complete rules and regulations as the support,there are no specific standards for the content and mode of the service,and the form of developing the service is relatively simple,the quality and effect of service are affected to a certain extent.(5)The after-school sports service in primary schools in Shuozhou is still at an early stage.The service system is not mature and schools lack relevant management experience,which makes it difficult to meet the needs of all parties in the implementation process,this is mainly reflected in the disputes over teachers’ salary subsidy,the difficulties in teaching management and the restrictions on students’ enthusiasm for participation.(6)Enhancement strategy for after-school sports services in primary schools in Shuozhou: enhancing the guiding role of the government and relevant departments,we should play a leading role in the construction of the system of after-school sports service and the assessment of the qualifications of the third-party service institutions,and point out the direction for the development of after-school sports service,while paying attention to the construction of teachers’ team,we should also improve the level and quality of after-school sports service by coordinating the resources of all parties,increase the financial support to schools,and broaden the sources of funds,to provide necessary guarantee for the improvement of funds and hardware resources of after-school sports service,and to promote teachers’ participation and social equity by raising the level of teachers’ salary and treatment;Students and parents should actively participate in the supervision of after-school sports services,and rely on the feedback mechanism established by the steering group to evaluate the quality of after-school sports services in a timely manner.
