Red music inherits the revolutionary spirit of red culture,inherits the excellent traditional culture of China for 5,000 years,and contains cultural elements with local characteristics throughout the country,presenting a gorgeous and colorful scene,and among these scenes,"red songs" are the most eye-catching."Red songs" are one of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and its content has both a distinct "red" color,as well as profound cultural connotations and historical origins.Secondary vocational schools are very important for the cultivation of professional ability of secondary vocational music students,and are also an important position for cultivating students’ national cultural self-confidence and spreading excellent red culture.In addition,because red songs themselves have rich cultural connotations,introducing them into secondary vocational schools can give play to their education for secondary vocational students,and can also make red songs inherit and develop in secondary vocational music education.This paper combines theory and practice,and the main content includes the following four parts: First,the reasons for the topic selection are expounded,and the research significance of developing the red song course is analyzed.The research status of red songs in terms of concept,education and teaching,value and curriculum development was analyzed in detail.Secondly,based on the questionnaire survey and research of secondary vocational music students and the analysis of interview results with teachers and teaching administrators of secondary vocational music majors,it is proved that the music major of secondary vocational schools needs to develop red song courses.Thirdly,aiming at the three aspects of secondary vocational schools,teachers and students,the necessity and feasibility of developing the school-based curriculum of secondary vocational music "red songs" were discussed from the current situation of secondary vocational music education.Finally,a series of strategic studies on the development of red song curriculum are elaborated,such as determining the development goals of the curriculum,specific research design of red song courses according to the requirements of school-based curriculum development,and scientific framework for course evaluation.After establishing the research content,this paper conducts field investigation and research on the music major of secondary vocational schools.It was determined that the red song course can be developed in the music major of secondary vocational schools,from the course objectives,to the arrangement of course progress,to the selection of teaching resources,and finally to the structure of the course evaluation system,step by step in-depth exploration,only for red songs to be inherited and developed in secondary vocational school music education.
