The party’s 20th report points out:"promote cultural self-confidence,inherit the Chinese excellent traditional culture"which provides the direction and support for the secondary vocational music teaching^[1].Cultivating students’learning of the traditional culture of ancient poetry can not only implement and implement the national education policy,but also provide more diversified teaching content for vocational education.The design and development of teaching materials is the key to the curriculum reform,and the development and use of school-based teaching materials are also becoming an important direction of the education reform of secondary vocational schools.This research paper takes ancient poetry and art songs as the core content to develop school-based music teaching materials,so that students can learn ancient poetry and art songs while enhancing their understanding and identification of traditional culture,improve students’comprehensive quality,and further deepen the reform of vocational education.Learning ancient poetry and art songs can not only make secondary vocational students be influenced and baptized by traditional culture,.This study in Guangdong jiangnan science of senior technical school as a practice base,in ancient poetry art songs for the teaching content for the development of secondary vocational music school-based teaching material,mainly divided into the following four aspects:first,the ancient poetry art songs,music school-based teaching material and the current situation has carried on the thorough investigation and analysis.Second,after in-depth research,the development goal and direction of the school-based music teaching material of Guangdong Jiangnan Technology Advanced Technical School are determined.Third,explain the content and framework of the development of school-based music teaching materials,as well as how to arrange and use the ancient poetry and art songs in the teaching materials.Fourth,the implementation design of school-based teaching materials,the implementation effect and the defects and prospects in the development and implementation of teaching materials.
