Shandong Folk Songs In Linyi Region The Construction Research On Middle School-based Music Course

As the important course of aesthetic and quality education in primary school, music goes along deeply with the educational reform. In the middle school music course, it is far from enough to use the limited content of traditional music culture with the continuously strengthened national music idea. Therefore, as a teacher in the academy of music of Linyi university, I am responsible for making efforts for music course construction of middle school in Linyi district. I choose a few middle schools in linyi region and develop construction and experiment of school-based music course focused on Shandong folk song. Shandong folk song, as one of the most important constituents in regional local music culture, has been well –loved and widely spread foundation among masses. Linyi is located in YiMeng Mountain Area, having more and better excellent folk songs. At the moment, it is necessary for children to know deeply about their traditional music culture. As a result, centered on such a basic idea, we, together with music teachers from each school, and construct as well as teach and experiment the course of musical culture in the local. During this process, we explored many fields including the content of courses, teaching methods, teaching ideas and so forth. This paper is a combination of the practical process and my feelings towards developing and experimenting the school-based course of local music culture. Although the development and experiment of the course is still under way. I acquired many feelings and illumination from this process. As a university teacher, engaged in music education, I am in charge with making a summary of the development of the local music course and, looking forward to having more music teachers to care for our primary and secondary school music curriculum reform and construction to inherit excellent national music culture of hometown.
