At present,China’s economic development has entered a new normal and the pace of industrial transformation and upgrading has been accelerated.Meanwhile,the strategic position of higher vocational education in the overall development of the country has been gradually enhanced,and it is urgent to form a pattern of integrated education and industry.That is,the integration of education system and industrial system at the macro level;Middle level integration of schools and enterprises;The integration of teaching and production at the micro level is of great significance to the reform and development of vocational education and the transformation and development of enterprises.In order to systematically construct the dynamic mechanism of the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges in Guangzhou,firstly,based on relevant theories,this study determined the internal and external dynamic factors and dynamic mechanism models of the integration of industry and education.Based on this,the scale of the dynamic mechanism of the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges was compiled,and the scale and model of the dynamic mechanism of the integration of industry and education were verified by questionnaire survey.Secondly,the current situation of the dynamic mechanism of the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges in Guangzhou is studied by using various methods such as questionnaire survey,interview method and case analysis method.The respondents were administrators and teachers of higher vocational colleges in Guangzhou.A total of 296 questionnaires were sent out,and272 valid questionnaires were recovered.The interviewees included managers and teachers from 3 higher vocational colleges in Guangzhou and managers and employees from 2enterprises.In addition,in the process of investigation,we also collected the policy documents,system texts,talent training programs,articles of association(draft)and related activity reports about the integration of industry and education.The case study takes the Industrial College of KM Vocational College as the object to explore the integration of industry and education in depth,and verify the dynamic mechanism model of the integration of industry and education again from the practical level.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.The dynamic mechanism of the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges is composed of three dimensions: dynamic stimulation mechanism,dynamic synthesis mechanism and dynamic guarantee mechanism.2,Guangzhou vocational colleges education fusion power mechanism of the overall situation is good,best power excitation mechanism,dynamic mechanism of synthetic,dynamic performance guarantee mechanism is a bit poor,and through the higher vocational colleges education fusion mechanism status difference analysis,found that different types of running higher vocational colleges,teaching integration in production dynamic mechanism,dynamic security system there exist significant differences,In other words,public colleges are better than private colleges in the dynamic mechanism and dynamic guarantee mechanism of the integration of industry and education.There are significant differences in the dynamic mechanism,motivation mechanism,dynamic synthesis mechanism and dynamic guarantee mechanism of the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges with different time of integration of industry and education,that is,higher vocational colleges with longer time of integration of industry and education do better than those with shorter time of integration of industry and education.To sum up,according to the current situation of the dynamic mechanism of the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges in Guangzhou,and by referring to the experience of the Industrial College of KM Vocational College,this study puts forward some corresponding strategies,such as improving the dynamic stimulation mechanism of the integration of industry and education,repairing the dynamic synthesis mechanism of the integration of industry and education,and optimizing the dynamic guarantee mechanism of the integration of industry and education.
