At present,it is an important period to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.Education reform in China has entered a new stage,and the task of building a modern vocational education system is increasingly urgent.Since the founding of the people's Republic of China,vocational education has provided a large number of skilled talents for the socialist construction.Influenced by the system and mechanism,the supply side of talents has not been adapted to the demand side of industry in China and the problem of "two skins" is still outstanding.It is the urgent requirements for promoting the structural reform of the supply side of human resources to deepen the integration of industry and education and to promote the organic connection of education chain,talent chain,industrial chain and innovation chain.At the same time,It is also of great significance for comprehensively improving the quality of education,expanding employment and entrepreneurship,promoting economic transformation and upgrading,and cultivating new energy for economic development in the new situation.[1] The policies of integration of industry and education have been issued successively,which points out the direction for the development of integration of industry and education.At present,the power of the participants in the integration of industry and education is not fully sufficient,and the phenomenon of "school hot and enterprise cold" is more prominent,so it is necessary to carry out the research on the dynamic mechanism of integration of industry and education.In essence,the integration of industry and education is a cross system cooperation involving multiple stakeholders whose operation effect depends on the effective function of various organizations such as government,industry,enterprise,school and society.By using the methods of literature and investigation,this paper traces the history of the integration of industry and education,explores the generating logic of the mechanism of the integration of industry and education,and explores the realistic representation of the integration of industry and education.Through the theory of self-organization and game theory,this paper analyzes the causes of the lack of power in the integration of industry and education and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The paper is divided into seven parts.Firstly,it defines the core concepts,and explains the research purpose,background,research status at home and abroad.Secondly,it introduces the stakeholder theory,game theory and self-organization theory,describes their relevance to the research,traces back the history of the integration of industry and education,analyzes the existing characteristics and development rules of the integration of industry and education,all of that lay a theoretical foundation for the later research.Thirdly,based on the perspective of stakeholders,the paper explores the generation logic of the driving factors of the integration of industry and education,analyzes the driving factors of the integration logic?industrial logic?education logic and social logic and specific methods of fusion logic.Fourth,through the methods of questionnaire,interview and literature analysis,this paper analyzes the realistic representation of whether the power of the integration of industry and education is sufficient or not.The power of the integration of industry and education is relatively sufficient in the aspects of economy,culture and ecology.The lack of power of the integration of industry and education is mainly manifested by the lack of breadth,depth and thickness of various elements,especially the lack of enterprise power.Fifthly,the paper explores the reasons for the lack of power in the integration of industry and education from the perspective of game theory and self-organization theory.The reasons for the lack of power in the integration of industry and education are that the construction of the integration of industry and education ecosystem needs to be improved,the supply side of the integration system and resources needs needs to be improved from the perspective of game theory.Other reasons are that organizational boundaries and functional orientation are unclear,the information feedback is insufficient,and the dialogue platform and the factor opening are insufficient from the perspective of self-organization theory.Sixthly,the paper give some corresponding countermeasures according to the above reasons.(1)Build a community of shared future of industry and education integration through the establishment of cooperative development and benefit sharing mechanism,sustainable development and ecological circulation mechanism,multi-party participation and co construction mechanism to improve the industry and education integration ecosystem.(2)Strengthen the supply side reform of the industry education integration system through optimizing the legislative mechanism,policy implementation,evaluation and evaluation mechanism and information feedback mechanism.(3)strengthen the reform of the supply side of resources for the integration of industry and education by improving the mechanism of investment and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.(4)Build the “The Four-Pronged Strategy”of the integration of industry and education by comprehensively positioning the function of elements,building a dialogue platform,establishing functional departments and optimizing the game conditions.Through the above policies,we can optimize the driving mechanism of the integration of industry and education.Seventh,summarize the paper,explain the innovation,shortcomings and future research direction.
