Research On The Model,Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Training Competitive Sports Reserve Talents In Jiangxi Municipal Sports Schools Under The Background Of Integration Of Sports And Education

With the continuous development of society,the demand for competitive sports talents is increasing,it is more and more urgent to train the sports talents with high comprehensive quality of sustainable development.at present,there is a high elimination rate in competitive sports talent selection and training,and the contradiction between study and training can not be effectively solved,these problems all need to adjust the current talent training model.the publication in 2020 of the document“opinions on deepening the integration of sports and education to promote the healthy development of young people”(tfa(2020)no.1)marks the stage of deepening the integration of sports and education in china,it puts forward the direction and goal of the integration development of chinese characteristics of physical education,and requires schools at all levels to pay attention to the cultural learning of young people,improvephysical exercise level,temper the will of the youth,improve the personality of the youth,promote the healthy and all-round development of the youth,and train successors for china’s socialismand builders.this article selects the city level sports school in jiangxi province as the research object,carries on the thorough research to the current competitive sports reserve talented person development question in this area,has explored the restriction competitive sports reserve talented person sustainable development core factor,based on the concept of sustainable development,this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions and countermeasures,hoping to promote the training of sports reserve talents in municipal sports schools in jiangxi province.In order to probe deeply into the current situation of sports reserve talents cultivation in municipal sports schools of jiangxi province under the background of“the integration of sports and education”,and reveal the existing problems in talents cultivation,under the guidance of the concept of sustainable development,this paper puts forward the strategy of perfecting the training of reserve talents.in the study,the comprehensive use of literature,questionnaires and interviews,and at the same time select relevant cases for case analysis,this paper gives out questionnaires to coaches,students,teachers and administrators of 11 municipal sports schools in jiangxi province,and makes statistical analysis after the questionnaires are returned,this paper grasps the specific training mode of the current personnel training in the city-level physical education colleges in jiangxi province,and analyzes the case with the existing training mode available for selection,and sums up the successful experience.based on the current sports school training mode,sports training,logistics support and culture course study,this paper tries to find a better way to solve the contradiction between learning and training from four basic dimensions.the main problems found in this paper are as follows:(1)The athletes’ management is not scientific,and the contradiction between learning and training is still outstandingat present,the sports schools have not high cognition level of training quality management,and lack of effective supervision in the teaching of culture course,so they can not set up a set of sound system of management and control mechanism.how to coordinate the relationship between training quality and cultural learning is the key problem to solve the dilemma of current learning and training.(2)The teaching staff is not perfect,and the scientific teaching ability needs to be improvedat present,the contradiction between athletes’ learning and training is the main problem that restricts the healthy and sustainable development of sports schools,the time of study and training can not be allocated scientifically and rationally,there is a lack of close communication between teachers and coaches,the construction level of teachers is not up to standard,and there is also a lack of communication between teachers of culture courses,all kinds of problems have seriously restricted the construction and development of sports schools,and scientific teaching has become an urgent problem to be solved.(3)The training system is not perfect and the benefit of reserve talents is low。at present,the training mode of municipal sports schools in Jiangxi province is mainly“Three-centralization”,and some schools have cooperated with ordinary primary and middle schools and municipal team schools to train talents for development.(4)The sports school management system is not perfect,the safeguard mechanism is not perfectthe current government management system is not sound and perfect,lack of attention to sports school management,lack of investment in education funds,single source of fund-raising,lack of perfect teaching venues,coaches lack of use of modern technology,these problems have seriously restricted the construction and development of sports schools.Based on the analysis of the above problems,this paper fully draws on the experience of reserve sports talents cultivation in developed countries,and constructs a set of perfect sustainable development strategies under the background of the national policy on the development of sports-education combination: first,further deepen the reform of sports-education combination and improve the management system of sports schools;second,strengthen the construction of teachers and establish a scientific class time system;third,improve the training mode of sports schools and enhance the quality of reserve talents transportation;fourth,construct a diversified guarantee mechanism to promote the smooth implementation of sports-education combination.
