Research On The Training Mode Of Youth Basketball Reserve Talents Under The Background Of Integration Of Sports And Education

On April 27,2020,the 13 th meeting of the Central Committee for comprehensively deepening reform deliberated and adopted the "opinions on deepening the integration of sports and education to promote the healthy development of teenagers",which is a milestone event in the development history of youth sports.In the new era,the integration of sports and education and the cultivation of sports reserve talents have been attracting attention in the academic circle,but the empirical research on the cultivation mode of sports reserve talents in the integration of sports and education is still lacking.This paper uses case study,literature study,interview,questionnaire survey and other research methods to make a case study of Changzhou basketball reserve personnel training mode under the background of Sports and Education Integration.Rationally analyzes the problems and shortcomings in the implementation process of the existing mode,and puts forward the path for Changzhou to develop the reserve personnel training mode more suitable for the new era of Sports and Education Integration.The purpose of this paper is to provide some reference for the theory and practice of the cultivation of reserve talents of competitive basketball,and to provide some enlightenment for the further implementation of the integration of sports and education in other areas.The results are as follows:1.The advantages of youth basketball reserve talents training mode under the background of Sports and Education Integration:(1)It cultivates all-round sports talents and deepens the reform of school physical education curriculum to improve the overall physical health level of teenagers.(2)It encourages the concept of "one school,one product",creates a basketball brand with local characteristics,and lift the enrollment restrictions by related inter school linkage and transfer policies.It broadens the base of sports talent resources.(3)The Changzhou model of athletes entering parallel classes is adopted to eliminate the particularity of "sports specialty students" in cultural knowledge learning,so as to ensure that student athletes enjoy the same learning resources and conditions as their peers.2.The problems in the implementation of youth basketball reserve talents training mode under the background of Sports and Education Integration:(1)Because of its fixed thinking mode,it fails to break the limitations of cultural education in primary and secondary schools,lacks professional sports knowledge for athletes,and limits the cultural quality education of athletes to conventional subjects in primary and secondary schools.(2)It lacks a real-time evaluation and feedback data platform,which records the development of individual athletes’ physical fitness,injury report,training task completion,competition performance,injury report,school classroom performance,cultural and academic performance in detail.(3)Its sports venues and facilities still can not meet the needs of different levels of young children at this stage,and there are insufficient sports facilities and equipment maintenance is not timely and other problems.Suggestions:1.Build a platform mechanism for theoretical exchange and learning of sports education integration.In order to adapt to the reform of the training mode of sports and education integration of competitive sports reserve talents,deeply study the relevant theories of sports and education integration,and explore the training mode of basketball reserve talents guided by problem solving.2.Build a new basketball teachers introduction and flow mechanism,improve the overall level of coaches and physical education teachers.3.Build a new evaluation and feedback mechanism of basketball talent training,scientifically evaluate the comprehensive development of athletes with the help of database system,dynamically record the growth of athletes and give real-time feedback,so as to achieve fine training.4.Create a profit-making sports complex facilities sharing mechanism,improve the utilization rate of existing hardware facilities resources,and equip professionals to be responsible for the regular maintenance of hardware facilities and ensure the safety and standardization of student training.5.Develop the inheritance and promotion mechanism of modern basketball culture,actively promote basketball culture,create a strong basketball atmosphere,and mobilize the enthusiasm of school sports and mass sports to participate in sports.6.Establish a long-term mechanism for sports industry activities,give full play to the positive role of sports industry,speed up the construction of sports industry demonstration bases,demonstration units and demonstration projects,and give better play to the role of sports industry in promoting economic and social development and changing the mode of economic development.
