Purpose of the study:The quality of reserve talent training is the core element of the development of swimming in Shandong Province,which is related to the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of competitive swimming in Shandong.After the "Opinions on deepening the integration of sports and education to promote the healthy development of youth",the "integration of sports and education" has pointed out the development direction for the training of competitive swimming reserve talents,and is the action guide for the training of competitive swimming reserve talents in Shandong Province,in order to improve the echelon construction,improve the level of competitive swimming in Shandong Province,and crack the existing problems in the competitive swimming reserve team.The direction of training is to provide new ideas for cultivating high-quality competitive swimming reserve talents in Shandong Province.Research method:Firstly,we used the literature method to collect relevant information,and then we summarized the outline of expert interviews and questionnaires.The questionnaire and field observation methods were used to conduct a full-coverage study of 18 sports schools in 9 prefecture-level cities.Secondly,the questionnaire data were analyzed according to factor analysis,and the descriptive statistical methods such as paired samples t-test and chi-square analysis were used to compare and analyze the deviations between the real situation of competitive swimming reserve personnel training and the policy of "integration of sports and education" in Shandong Province,and to investigate the problem of competitive swimming reserve personnel training in the context of integration of sports and education in Shandong Province.The problem was investigated.Finally,based on the results of the analysis of the real situation,the training model of competitive swimming reserve talents with Shandong characteristics was constructed,and in order to implement the policy of "integration of sports and education",the Delphi method was used to quantify the indicators of the training model of competitive swimming reserve talents with Shandong characteristics.The results of the study:To grasp the selection and enrollment,proportional distribution,training,competition system and resource guarantee of competitive swimming reserve talents in Shandong Province,and analyze five main influencing factors,such as basic environment,training policy,management body,training and guarantee system,in the perspective of "integration of sports and education".Based on this,we analyze the problems in the training process and the deviations from the policy of "integration of sports and education",establish the "double synergy" training model and quantify the evaluation indexes,and explore the optimization strategies,so as to provide effective and comprehensive data support and practical basis for the study.This study will provide effective and comprehensive data support and realistic basis for the study.Conclusion:Under the background of integration of sports and education,the training model of competitive swimming reserve talents in Shandong Province has the following changes:based on the national education system,promote the multi-collaboration with sports clubs and amateur sports schools to expand the scope of selection and enrollment;take the sports schools as the guide to develop competitive ability and strengthen the synergy with school training;take the culture teachers as the guide to balance the ratio of study and training;take the university and primary and secondary schools as the carrier to expand the scope of selection and enrollment.coaching positions as a carrier to broaden the pathway of reserve talents.However,at the same time,the following problems exist.(1)The training mode of competitive swimming in Shandong Province is mainly based on the "three centralized" mode of centralized life,centralized training and centralized study,and there are still contradictions between the current training mode and the modern concept of "integration of sports and education".At the same time,due to the deep-rooted three-tier training network and the lack of practical methods for integration of sports and education,the policy of "integration of sports and education" has not been fully and deeply implemented.(2)There is a contradiction between low parental support and high demand for competitive swimming reserve talents,as well as between low quality of selection and large enrollment,and the echelon construction is still not perfect,and there is a lack of scientific limitation of selection.(3)There is a contradiction between the main training process of coaches and cultural teachers for competitive swimming reserve talents.Coaches have less training,lack of advanced training concepts,unbalanced academic structure,and poor title evaluation channels.In addition,the integration depth of sports and education system is not deep enough,and there is a conflict between the positioning of reserve talents training,which is easy to confuse the responsibilities of sports and education system training subjects.(4)There is still a contradiction in time allocation between study and training for competitive swimming reserve talents.Especially,provincial sports teams hardly conduct cultural studies,which is a long-term problem.Meanwhile,the reserve talents are less motivated to study due to competition and training fatigue.(5)There is still a contradiction between the competitive swimming reserve talent and the resource guarantee cannot meet the needs of the project.Some of the grassroots schools still have insufficient swimming pool and training facilities,the medical services and medical facilities of grassroots schools are poor,and they are not yet equipped with composite coaching team,while there is a shortage of diet and nutrition for reserve talents.In addition,Shandong Province competitive swimming project funding source single,some sports schools channel single,the number of competitive swimming competition can not meet the needs of talent training,competition reward system is not perfect.Innovative training concept and "sports and education integration" synergistic"double synergy" training model.The training model is a management system that includes the synergy between the management body and the project,the flexibility of the sports system and the education system,the guarantee system that includes the synergy between the resources and the project,and quantifies an evaluation index system of the sports-education integration training model of competitive swimming reserve talents in Shandong Province,which contains 5 primary indicators and 29 secondary indicators.At the same time,the research proposes the optimization strategy: to deeply implement the modern "integration of sports and education" training concept,to optimize the training process of Shandong Province competitive swimming reserve talents;to coordinate the balance between the management body and the needs of the competitive swimming program,to solve the "learning and training" contradiction of Shandong Province competitive swimming reserve talents."Theoretical support for deepening the policy of"integration of sports and education" in Shandong Province. |
