The Dilemma And New Model Construction Of Reserve Talents Of Competitive Sports In Henan Province

The reserve talents of competitive sports are the cornerstone of national competitive sports.Although the sports achievements are not in direct proportion to the cultivation of reserve talents,any sports project that wants to gain or maintain an advantageous position in domestic and foreign competitions must be supported by a relatively strong reserve talents force and a perfect reserve talents cultivation system.However,in recent years,the cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents in Henan Province has been in a dilemma,and the talent transportation has been reduced,resulting in the average performance of the National Games.This paper attempts to explore the current situation of the cultivation of reserve talents,find out the problems,and put forward countermeasures to solve the problems.So as to promote the sustainable development of competitive sports reserve talents in Henan Province,and provide theoretical basis for the healthy and long-term development of competitive sports reserve talents in China.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the current situation of reserve talents of competitive sports in Henan Province and explores the way out.In this study,reserve of competitive sports talents is regarded as a system.The entrance of this system is the recruitment link of reserve talents and the entrance link of students.The core of the system is the process link of existing reserve talents training.The export of the system is the transmission and elimination link of reserve talents.The main contents are as follows:(1)analyze the current situation of reserve system of competitive sports talents in Henan Province.(2)After analyzing the current situation,we get the dilemma of reserve talents of competitive sports in Henan Province and explore the reasons.(3)As the fundamental problem of all kinds of difficulties in reserve of competitive sports talents in Henan Province is the system,it is necessary to establish a new reserve mode to fundamentally eliminate the difficulties.The results show that there are some difficulties in the entrance,such as the reduction of enrollment scale,the single way of enrollment and the decline of enrollment quality.In the process,there are many difficulties,such as insufficient facilities,low level of scientific and technological specialization,low welfare of coaches,low job satisfaction,lack of innovation in training methods,unscientific training schedule,incorrect cultural learning attitude of athletes,unsatisfactory academic performance,indulgence in games and movies and TV plays,and widespread love.In the export sector,there are some difficulties,such as the lower commitment of training units to the reserve talents,the high elimination rate in the process of talent transmission and the deviation of the purpose of talent transmission.Based on the existing difficulties,find out the internal reasons,and build a new training model of reserve talents with the guidance of policies and the participation of multiple organizations in the top-level mechanism design.Then through positioning the functions of organizations,strengthening the legal construction of reserve talents training,strengthening the supervision and management of reserve talents training,and improving the professional level of reserve talents training,we can promote the implementation of the new training mode of competitive sports reserve talents.
