The arrival of the digital age, calling for the depth integration of information technology and the course.Such requirements lead to a change in the concept of evaluation, which in turn changes the way in which evaluation is learned. The new curriculum reform of basic education makes it clear that learning evaluation should take "promoting development" as the value orientation, requiring students to improve from evaluation, focusing on evaluating students’ learning process, and then achieve the comprehensive development of students. When traditional assessment tools are used to process students in information technology courses, just for recording and feedback, and it has not achieved remarkable results in mobilizing learners’ interest in learning. In order to solve the above problems, combined with the psychological characteristics of primary school students such as curiosity, competitiveness and "good performance",the article use digital badges as evaluation tools, building a process evaluation model supported by digital badges, incorporating evaluation throughout the teaching process.Processing evaluation of primary school students, and then mobilize students’ interest in learning and improve learning effects. On the basis of sorting out the relevant literature on digital badges and process evaluation at home and abroad, this research defines the concepts of digital badges and process evaluation, and expounds the research status of digital badges and process evaluation of information technology courses at home and abroad, and determined that the theoretical basis of this study is the evaluation of individual science, process evaluation, and humanistic learning theory.Subsequently, the article adopts the literature research method and questionnaire survey method to promote the development of students, based on the《Primary and Secondary School Comprehensive Practice Activities 》,and combined with the content and characteristics of the information technology courses, construct science, reasonable process evaluation index system. Then, according to the role of digital badges in the three links of pre-class,in-class and afterclass,a procedural evaluation model supported by digital badges is initially constructed.Under the guidance of this evaluation mode, the action research method is taken in accordance with the "basic" "improvement" and "comprehensive use",the digital badge is applied to the《3D design 》to carry out three-wheel teaching practice.Combined with students’ classroom performance, teachers’ reflection on teaching, and supplemented by interviews, the evaluation model needs to be improved in stages to further improve the constructed evaluation model. Finally, according to the three-round teaching practice, the author pays attention to the relationship between the digital badges and learning goals, and the teaching tasks are reasonably arranged in the class and give feedback in time, timely reflection after class, etc.,for teachers’ reference. The results show that(1)Process evaluation index system constructed in this study is scientific and reasonable, objectively and effectively evaluate students, which in turn reaches the purpose of "promoting learning through evaluation".(2)Three-wheel practice shows that(1)Using the procedural evaluation model supported by digital badges can arouse students’ interest in learning and actively participate in learning activities, which to a certain extent promotes the application of digital badge evaluation tools in primary school information technology classroom teaching and provides a reference basis.(2)Most students recognize the process evaluation models from the number of digital badges, and are satisfied with the use of digital badges.(3)The use of digital badges to conduct procedural evaluation of students’ learning is conducive to prompting teachers to reflect on teaching and further promote teachers’ professional development.
