With the further development of the integration of information technology and traditional courses, one-to-one digital learning becomes a new type of learning form in the 21 centuries and a research hot spot worldwide. The introduction of digital technology breaks the fixed pattern of traditional teaching methods, and modifies the traditional classroom ecosystem. However, related research work mainly focus on the theory of architecture of the learning environment and teaching pattern. The systematic research of the evaluation system is lacked. The practice and exploration of domestic one-to-one digital classroom teaching need the guidance and support of new teaching evaluation index system urgently. At the present stage,Aiming at the gap of this research area, this thesis attempts to establish a set of scientific, feasible and specific index system, to fill the gap of the evaluation system of one-to-one digital learning and as a reference for educational practical activities.In this thesis, the author first widely surveyed the research papers in the area of one-to-one digital learning, especially analyzed the research work of one-to-one digital learning and its evaluation scheme domestic and overseas. Taking domestic practice cases as references, this thesis analyzed and summarized the required characteristics for domestic one-to-one digital learning and use them as the main established basis for the preliminary index system. Because of the use of technology should be integrated in the one-to-one digital teaching process, the author of this thesis adopts method of classification according to the teaching process to determine the index. In the guidance of the building principals of teaching evaluation system, this thesis attempted to build the index system of one-to-one digital learning for primary school, which includes 3 first-level indicators of teaching design, teaching process and teaching effect. Then, Delphi method is adopted to consult the opinions of experts to further correct and complete the index. Later, combining the relevant software and questionnaire survey, weights are assigned to the index of all different levels according to Analytic Hierarchy Process and Expert Arranging Law.During the stage of applied research, the author of this thesis made a thorough study of the characteristic of the index. The third grade index was divided to three types. According to the category characteristics of the index and technologies offered by the one-to-one digital learning environment, a evaluation scheme was proposed consisting of three evaluation methods. Finally, the reliability and validity of the proposed evaluation scheme was verified and confirmed in realclassroom teaching, and feedback on the practical application problems were analyzed.
