Study On The Developmet Of Entrepreneurship Incubation Base Of Sichuan Technology And Business University

Compared with the entrepreneurial atmosphere and culture formed by the long-term development of foreign college students‘ entrepreneurial incubation bases,the management of entrepreneurial base of the non-governmental colleges in China is still at the exploratory stage of pre-trip.Although many non-governmental colleges have their own explorations and practices,there are still many problems to be solved,such as a lack of clear direction,limited investment,and weak business operation ability.These problems seriously affect the sustainable development of entrepreneurial incubation bases.Sichuan Technology and Business University,as one of the top privately-run comprehensive universities in Sichuan,has made some explorations on the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education system,which lays a foundation for the construction of entrepreneurship incubation base.The entrepreneurship incubation base has made some achievements since its establishment more than three years ago.The characteristic practice of universities,government,and enterprises to build innovation platform and the combination of universities and professional incubators to realize seamless docking has obtained good achievement.The entrepreneurship incubation base of Sichuan Technology and Business University is a public welfare college students‘ incubation base.It takes colleges and universities as the main management body,pre-incubation as the main function,and the combination of platform exchange and project incubation as the construction mode,and forms a multi-level management structure from top to bottom.The incubation base provides 12 services for college students,including free office space,policy consultation,consultation and reception,entrepreneurship mentors,and entrepreneurship training,formulates relevant management system,standardizes the admission process,and incubates some outstanding projects.This study analyzes the problems existing in the business incubation base of Sichuan Technology and Business University from three aspects: operational management,project incubation,and support system.Then analyzes the reasons for the problem from the three aspects and finally puts forward suggestions on the development of the entrepreneurial incubator base of Sichuan Technology and Business University from the three aspects.There are several problems in the operation and management of the business incubation base of Sichuan Technology and Business University,such as insufficient scientific management experience,great difficulty in resource co-ordination,imperfect service system and formality of service content,and relatively closed operation,which will affect sustainable development.In addition,the main problems of incubation base in project incubation include the following aspects: low incubation conversion rate,the weak potential for sustainable development,inadequate venture capital,project financing difficulties,unsound project evaluation mechanism,and inadequate growth motivation of venture projects.In contrast,the problems in the support system of incubation base include the following two aspects.The first is that innovation atmosphere is not enough to create agglomeration effect.The second is that the entrepreneurial mentor team has the low professional competence and it is hard to promote entrepreneurship education.As for operational management,the first is to enhance the level of operation and management and enrich the content of platform supply,and then advocating scientific financing to help project growth.As for project incubation,the first is to target incubation and positioning to achieve precise incubation and then innovative incubation mode and take advantage of incubation base.As for support system,the first is to create innovative systems and stimulate the potential of the subject,and then clarify the advantage of the incubation base and enhance the features of incubation base.
