At present,with the rapid development of mobile internet and smart phone,“Smartphone addiction” has become a common social phenomenon,the current study that mobile phone addiction exists in the student community,smartphone use is more common among secondary vocational school students.Mobile phone addiction has also become a risk factor affecting their physical and mental health.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of mobile phone addiction in vocational school students.Future time perspective involves the cognition,planning,ideal and pursuit of the future,which has a positive effect on the physical and mental health development of adolescents.Therefore,this research takes the secondary vocational school student as the research object,aims at carrying on the investigation and the research to the secondary vocational school student“The smartphone addiction” the present situation,to explore the effect of future time perspective on smartphone addiction of secondary vocational school students and the internal mechanism of time management disposition and sense of life meaning.In order to help secondary vocational students to reduce or prevent the problem of smartphone addiction behavior,strengthen the management of the use of mobile phones,promote students physical and mental health development.A total of 701 questionnaires were collected from secondary vocational school students in Taiyuan,of which 678 were valid.Using SPSS 24.0 for data processing and analysis,the following results:(1)the tendency of smartphone addiction is obvious in secondary vocational school students.There were significant differences in sex,grade and father’s education level of mobile phone addiction.(2)there were significant correlations among smartphone addiction,future time insight,time management disposition and life sense of meaning in secondary vocational school students.(3)the future time perspective of secondary vocational school students significantly negatively predicted smartphone addiction;the time management disposition and sense of life significance played an intermediary role between future time perspective and smartphone addiction;Future time perspective can also affect the smartphone addiction behavior of Secondary vocational school students through the chain mediation of time management disposition and sense of life meaning Based on the above findings,this paper proposes the following recommendations for the prevention and intervention of smartphone addiction among secondary vocational school students.Based on the above research results,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the prevention and intervention of smartphone addiction in vocational school students:To enhance the level of future time insight,time management and sense of life meaning,to enrich campus sports activities,to reduce the frequency of smartphone use;To enhance students’ positive belief in the value,meaning or purpose of their own lives;schools should strengthen communication with their families and provide students with scientific guidance on how to arrange their time in a reasonable manner so as to reduce their dependence on mobile phones.Through these specific measures to help secondary vocational school students effectively enhance the sense of future goals and Self-worth,establish a correct concept of time,reduce smartphone addiction,promote students physical and mental health development.
