The increasingly competitive social environment makes individual career development full of challenges and uncertainties.High school students are in a critical period of career development,and they must face the dual tests of academic planning and career development at the same time.High school students at this stage need not only good psychological quality,but also the ability to adapt to changes.Therefore,it is necessary for us to study and analyze the factors that affect the career adaptability of high school students and their internal influencing mechanisms.Based on previous research,this study intends to investigate the relationship between future time perspective and career adaptability,and introduces two variables,meaning of life and psychological capital,to explore whether the relationship between future time Perspective and career adaptability is There is a chain-like intermediary role to enrich the relevant research on future time Perspective and career adaptability at home and abroad.This study used questionnaire survey method,a middle school in chengdu,660 high school students in school as the research object,using the teenagers in the future time perspective scale,"the sense of life questionnaire","positive psychological capital questionnaire" and "career resilience scale",to measure the subjects by using SPSS 22.0overall analysis was carried out on the recovery of data,get the following results:(1)Senior high school students’ future time perspective,meaning in life,psychological capital and career adaptability are above average.(2)There are significant differences in the future time perspective of senior high school students in specialties,family origin,father’s education level,mother’s education level,life education courses or counseling,career planning courses or counseling.There are gender differences in the dimensions of future negativity,future persistence and future plan.(3)There are significant differences in the meaning in life of senior high school students in specialties,family origin,father’s education level,mother’s education level,life education courses or counseling,career planning courses or counseling.(4)There are significant differences in psychological capital of high school students in terms of specialty,family origin,mother’s education level,career planning courses or counseling;There are significant differences in the dimensions of self-efficacy and resilience between the sexes.(5)There are significant differences in career adaptability of senior high school students in specialties,family origin,father’s education level,mother’s education level,life education courses or counseling,and career planning courses or counseling.(6)There is a positive correlation between future time perspective,life meaning,psychological capital and career adaptability of senior high school students.(7)High school students’ meaning in life and psychological capital played a partial mediating role in the relationship between future time perspective and career adaptability.(8)High school students’ meaning in life and psychological capital play a chain mediating role in the relationship between future time perspective and career adaptability.
