The COVID-19 pandemic has broken out since 2020.In response to the call of the Ministry of Education to "use of network platforms,suspend classes but not stop learning",the online teaching has become the main teaching method at all teaching stages.In terms of the effect of pure online teaching,however,some problems have also emerged.Consequently,when the epidemic situation is alleviated,traditional face-to-face offline teaching method is needed again.Nevertheless,there are also some drawbacks of traditional offline teaching due to its single teaching method.With the advent of the post-pandemic era,the Blended Teaching has become a new focus of the current teaching mode reform.At the same time,with the development of modern information technology and the continuous in-depth integration of "Internet plus Education model",the Blended Teaching has been promoted.The ideological and political course in senior high school is the key course to implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,aiming at cultivating students’ core socialist values.In this thesis,the Blended Teaching was used in the teaching of high school ideological and political courses,in order to meet the diversified and personalized learning needs of students,and to improve the core quality of students’ ideological and political discipline.This thesis mainly discusses from the following parts.The purposes of this thesis are to define the relevant concepts of Blended Teaching in high school ideological and political courses by emphasizing its features and practical requirements,and to elaborate the feasibility and necessity of implementing Blended Teaching as well as designing a teaching case in high school ideological and political courses.After the demonstration class,through interviews with teachers and students and analysis of the evaluating table of classroom teaching quality,we can find the advantages and problems of Blended Teaching in high school ideological and political teaching.After a simple analysis of the existing problems,we propose corresponding optimization strategies.According to the survey,at present,ideological and political teachers have made some achievements in carrying out Blended Teaching in the basic education stage.For example,the teaching design and implementation meet the teaching requirements of the new high school political curriculum standard which pays more attention to cultivating students’ ability and learning interest.Besides,the development and utilization efficiency of teaching resources are improved,and the teaching content is enriched.According to the analysis of the existing problems,due to the teachers’ inadequate understanding of the connotation and value of the teaching model,the lack of supervision and incentive mechanism at the school level,the lack of time for teachers to carry out Blended Teaching,the lack of necessary teaching equipment and teaching platform support,the teaching links cannot be effectively connected,and the separation of teaching design from students’ reality.Finally,the content of teaching evaluation is one-sided,the subject of teaching evaluation is single and the method of teaching evaluation is simple.After analyzing the existing problems,the corresponding optimization strategies are put forward,mainly including the following points.Firstly,change the subject’s cognition and improve the enthusiasm of application.Second,strengthen the support for Blended Teaching and form a multi-party linkage guarantee mechanism.Third,improve the online and offline teaching links and teaching design to achieve the expected teaching objectives.Finally,improve Blended Teaching evaluation system.At present,although the application of ideological and political discipline in senior high school at the stage of basic education is still complex and long-term,the general trend as a new thing is bound to be forward and upward,and Blended Teaching will become the mainstream in the near future.
