| Teachers’ view of materials is a branch of the view of play.Teachers’ view of materials is their overall view and understanding of play materials,including their view and understanding of the connotation,properties,value,structure and types of play materials,as well as the main body of materials and the way to put them in.What kind of material view teachers hold will have what kind of understanding of play materials,which fundamentally affects the way teachers put materials,and then affects children’s physical and mental development.In recent years,the Ministry of Education has vigorously promoted the Anji Game,which has set off a wave of "game revolution" nationwide.Major educational changes are often guided by changes in teachers’ educational concepts,and the change in teachers’ view of materials is related to the effectiveness of game changes.What are the changes in teachers’ view of materials? How do teachers change? What factors influence the process of change? What is the role of each of these factors in the process of changing teachers’ view of materials? It is a complex process that spirals upward under the interaction of multiple factors.Studying the mechanism of teachers’ change in their view of materials in the context of Angie’s play can clarify the process of teachers’ change in their view of materials,grasp the characteristics of teachers’ conceptual change,provide teachers with targeted guidance,and cultivate "self-renewal" oriented teachers."It can also provide some reference and reference for new teachers or kindergartens that promote" Anji Game " to summarize their experience and practice of change and avoid taking a wrong turn." to achieve the desired effect of game reform.The study used a purposive sampling of 21 early childhood teachers who had experienced the transformation process in three pilot Anji playgrounds in Region S as the research subjects,and used semi-structured interviews to collect textual information about the transformation of teachers’ views on materials.The content dimensions of the interviews mainly included teachers’ basic information,teachers’ different understanding of material connotation before and after the transformation,the reasons why the transformation occurred,and the way of transformation,etc.A total of more than 150,000 words of interview data were collected through transcription.The study collated and analyzed the collected data through rooted theory three-level coding in order to explore the transformation mechanism of early childhood teachers’ view of materials,and obtained the following conclusions: first,it was outlined that the transformation of early childhood teachers’ view of materials showed three different characteristics of inaction,utilitarianism and incompleteness.Second,the transformation mechanism of early childhood teachers’ view of materials in the context of Angie’s play consists of three parts: pre-protection mechanism,transformation mechanism and post-protection mechanism,and the transformation of early childhood teachers’ view of materials undergoes a difficult and long transformation process of recognizing the new concept,practicing the new concept and psychologically agreeing with the new concept.The process of transformation is "the inculcation of new ideas → the change of teachers’ practice → the change of children’s play results → the change of teachers’ concepts". |
