| In recent years,the development of the new generation of information technology such as "Cloud Big Things" has pushed us into an intelligent era of "man-machine collaboration,cross-border integration,co-creation and sharing",profoundly changing the way of human production and life and thinking mode.Faced with the upgrading of educational needs,the change of professional knowledge,the updating of teaching technology and equipment,and the innovation of home-school co-education mode,teachers are faced with the challenge of "how do we be teachers in the intelligent age?" Teachers,parents,students and schools co-exist.As an important participant in education,it is of reference significance to explore parents’ expectations for teachers’ roles to clarify the development direction of teachers’ roles.Focusing on the development of teachers’ roles in the era of artificial intelligence,the author investigates parents’ expectations of teachers’ roles from the perspective of parents.First of all,it expounds the educational reform under the background of artificial intelligence and its impact on teachers and home-school cooperation.Secondly,according to overlapping domains of influence theory and role theory,interview outline and questionnaire are designed.Parents in basic education stage are taken as survey objects to investigate parents’ cognition and educational attitude towards the intelligent age,so as to understand parents’ expectations on teachers’ educational content,teaching practical ability,comprehensive quality of teachers and home-school cooperation.Thirdly,it analyzes the factors that affect parents’ expectations of teachers’ roles and Outlines the characteristics of parents’ expectations of teachers’ roles in the era of intelligence,explores how teachers can better realize their role expectations and professional development,and discusses the effective ways to realize "ideal" teacher role development under the background of artificial intelligence.This article gets the following conclusion:1.Among all kinds of educational expectations of parents,(1)Expectation of educational content: parents’ preference for the cultivation of students’ innovative ability and cooperative ability;(2)Expectations of teaching practice: Parents mainly pay attention to teachers’ evaluation of students and teaching methods;(3)Expectations of teachers’ literacy: parents’ expectations of teachers’ ability to guide students and teachers’ awareness of independent learning;(4)Expectation of home-school cooperation: Parents expect regular communication and interaction with teachers.2.The factors that affect the expectation of teachers’ role are as follows:intensified educational competition in the social internal paper environment,parents’ comprehensive quality and educational attitude,individual students’ learning situation and school stage,teachers’ teaching ability and comprehensive performance.3.The characteristics of parents’ expectations on the role of teachers in the smart era are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the educational content is expected to meet the requirements of The Times;the teaching methods are expected to be taught face-to-face by teachers;parents’ educational evaluation concepts are increasingly diversified;and home-school cooperation is expected to communicate with teachers regularly.4.In order to adapt to parents’ expectations of the role of teachers,teachers in the smart era should take the initiative to learn and attach importance to their own growth;Scientific guidance,promote the growth of students;Diligent reflection,accumulation of educational experience;Attach importance to communication and jointly promote educational equity. |
