The Chinese nation has always had a fine tradition of paying attention to family education.Now,in the context of the development of the new era,the legalization of family education is on track.In 2021,China passed the Family Education Promotion Law and officially implemented it on January 1,2022.Family education has risen from "family affairs" to "national affairs".Once again,the importance of family education is highlighted.As the main body of family education,parents,the first teacher of children,must continue to learn and improve their own quality of family education if they want to teach their children the ’first lesson in life’.As an adult education institution to improve parents’ educational quality and family education level,parent schools have played an important role in helping parents of minors to establish scientific and correct family education concepts and promoting home-school cooperative education.However,ordinary primary and secondary schools,as the main position to run parent schools,are affected by regional policies,parental awareness and social atmosphere,and their actual results are not satisfactory.Most parents’ schools have the problem of "false,big and empty" development and construction,which also leads to the overall "formalism" state of "survival in name" in the construction of parents’ schools in China.With the formal implementation of the "Family Education Promotion Law",the construction goals and tasks of parent schools in primary and secondary schools in all regions have a clearer direction.Junior high school students are in the early stage of adolescence(12-18 years old),facing the crisis of "self-identity",which requires cooperation between family and school to jointly promote students’ growth and guide students’ physical and mental health development.Establishing an education ecology supported by parents and schools and based on home-school cooperation as an interactive network is not only an important guarantee for promoting the healthy development of junior high school students,but also the only way to comply with the development trend of the times and improve the quality of education.Firstly,through literature analysis,this study understands the current situation of the construction and development of junior high school parent schools,draws lessons from existing studies,focuses on research problems,and formulates a preliminary research framework.That is junior high school parent school construction present situation,main problems and reason analysis and improvement strategy.Secondly,based on questionnaire method and interview method,an in-depth study is conducted on the status quo of five parent schools in T County.Questionnaires were distributed to parents of five middle school parents in T County through the Sojump network platform,and 389 valid questionnaires were obtained.Through the investigation,the main problems existing in the construction of junior high school parents school are clarified:the lack of systematic planning,incomplete leadership mechanism;Lack of effective curriculum supply in junior high school;Junior high school teachers weak and parents own sense of participation in the absence of four aspects.Finally,in order to promote the systematization,scientific and standardization of junior high school,this study relies on overlapping influence threshold theory,stakeholder theory and contingency management theory to improve the design of parent school system,provide legal protection for the operation of parent school,and improve the leadership management mechanism and evaluation system.Optimize the curriculum content system,establish the curriculum view with parents’ demands as the core and enrich the curriculum development form;To improve the development of junior high school parents from four aspects: promoting the professionalization of teachers,strengthening the professional training of family education guidance for teachers in junior high school parents,establishing the development community of junior high school parents and improving parents’ awareness of participation.Hope to take the parent school as the position,improve the parent education competence,so as to promote the development of family education.
