| After-school service "5 + 2" is a new model of delayed school service proposed by the Ministry of Education in 2021.It not only represents the solution to the problem of "parents to pick up" in the past,but also an important measure to reduce the homework burden and after-school training burden of students in compulsory education.Although the on-school care services have been carried out in primary and secondary schools in China,and the service contents and forms are rich and colorful,it is clearly stipulated that the after-school services should be fully implemented,that is,the "5 + 2" education extension of after-school services is still in the initial stage.In October 2020,Haikou Municipal People’s Government Office officially issued the Implementation Opinions on After-School Service for Primary and Secondary School Students in Haikou City(Trial)(No.316,2020),which means that the "5 + 2" work of after-school service in Haikou Primary schools is fully implemented.Up to now,although Haikou city has implemented the after-school service under the "double reduction" policy,which has greatly alleviated the difficulty of parents’ picking up and helping children with homework,the after-school delayed service still has various problems because the "5 + 2" mode is still in the exploration stage.In this study,teachers and students from three primary schools in Haikou were selected as respondents,and the satisfaction of "5 + 2" time-delay service in Haikou primary schools was studied by literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.In the course of the survey,the questionnaire survey and data analysis were conducted through the questionnaire star,SPSS26.0,online SPSSAU,wechat and other software.The specific research ideas are as follows: firstly,analyze the results of the teachers and students on the "5 + 2" satisfaction of after-school service;secondly,analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of after-school service;finally,propose the development of "5 + 2" on the influencing factors.The study found that the satisfaction of primary school teachers and students in Haikou was at the above level.In addition,the main factors affecting the satisfaction of after-school service are five aspects: uneven distribution of teachers,polarization of service time,rigid and single course planning,inadequate management mechanism,and simple and old service facilities.According to the influencing factors,it is suggested to improve the work from the following five contents: balanced teachers,moderate service time,rich service content,rigorous management mechanism and advanced service facilities. |
