Currently,many families are facing the problem of not being able to pick up their children in the afternoon after school.In the past,there were subject training institutions that could provide subject training to students after school,but under the policy of "double reduction" in compulsory education,many subject training institutions have been transformed or closed down,resulting in a significant increase in demand from parents for after-school services in compulsory education.On July 13,2021,the Ministry of Education of the People ’ s Republic of China(MOE)put forward specific work requirements on after-school services,requiring schools in all regions to ensure that after-school services for compulsory education will be fully covered after the beginning of the fall in 2021.On July24,2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council jointly issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and the Burden of Off-Campus Training for Students in Compulsory Education.The guidelines require all regions and departments to earnestly implement after-school services in light of their actual conditions.The release of the opinions puts forward more explicit provisions on the implementation and work requirements of after-school service policies for primary and secondary school students.SN District of Q City has made some achievements in the implementation of after-school services,but there are still some problems in the process of after-school services,which need to further optimize the implementation path of after-school services to further improve parents’ satisfaction with after-school services.Based on this,this paper conducts a practical research on after-school services in public primary schools in SN District of Q city.By issuing questionnaires to parents,it analyzes parents’ satisfaction with and demand for after-school services in the current school,analyzes parents’ own educational background and other infactors on children’s educational expectations,as well as existing problems in after-school services to explore the ways to optimize after-school services in public primary schools.From the perspective of collaborative governance theory and stakeholder theory,this paper explores and optimizes the after-school service path of public primary schools,so as to improve the satisfaction of parents as important stakeholders in after-school service work.Based on the theory of collaborative governance,in order to analyze parents’ opinions and suggestions about the current after-school service and to understand parents’ demands,this paper uses literature research,questionnaire and case comparison analysis to study parents’ satisfaction with the current after-school services in public primary schools in SN District.The current situation of after-school services in public primary schools in SN District is studied to identify problems such as asymmetry between parents’ demands and supply.At the same time,this paper attaches importance to the use of case comparison and analysis method in management,based on the case study of after-school service in Beijing Dongcheng District and Shanghai Jing’an District,which are typical demonstration areas of after-school service of the Ministry of Education of China,analyzes the advanced concept and management mode of after-school service in the excellent demonstration areas,compares and studies the experience of the excellent demonstration areas for promotion,and applies the excellent experience to the after-school service improvement work in the research area of this paper.Based on the theories of collaborative governance and stakeholder,this paper studies parents’ satisfaction with after-school services in public primary schools in SN District by using research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey and comparative case analysis,while providing the necessary theoretical references for the sustainable and healthy development of after-school services at the primary school level.The innovation of this paper is to start from an observation point of after-school services in public primary schools,to study the correlation between parents’ own educational background and parents’ satisfaction with their children’s education through a survey of parents’ satisfaction with after-school services in public primary schools,and to analyze the aspects of current after-school services in public primary schools that need to be improved from the perspective of parents’ satisfaction,so as to further improve the quality of after-school services and promote the healthy,orderly,and sustainable development of after-school services.The study will further improve the quality of after-school services and promote the healthy,orderly and sustainable development of after-school services. |
