| Writing plays a pivotal role in Chinese teaching,but it is also a weak link in Chinese teaching.In order to improve the writing skills of primary school students,the Unified Edition has set up "writing units" in each grade from third to sixth grades.The "Writing Unit" breaks the traditional arrangement of teaching materials and focuses on writing exercises.The purpose is to enable students to better master writing skills,improve their writing skills and literacy,and better improve their writing ability.The rearrangement of the "writing unit" has brought a series of educational difficulties to front-line teachers.Therefore,this article aims to discover the teaching problems that arise in the implementation of the "writing unit" in the senior primary schools in China,explore the causes of the problems,and formulate relevant teaching strategies targeted at the teaching problems by analyzing the current implementation of the "writing unit" in the senior primary schools in China.Firstly,based on the collation and analysis of relevant data,the concept of "writing unit" was clarified,and on this basis,questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate senior Chinese teachers in primary schools.Research has found that there are still several problems in the current teaching practice of the "writing unit" in the senior stage of primary school Chinese: first,there is a lack of overall understanding of unit teaching,second,there is no clear teaching objectives,third,there is a lack of understanding of the teaching content of the writing unit,fourth,it is not possible to accurately implement the writing unit,and fifth,the evaluation and guidance of the writing unit is unreasonable.In response to the above-mentioned teaching problems,the researchers analyzed the reasons from five dimensions: teachers’ understanding and attitude towards the "writing unit",teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching implementation,and teaching evaluation.Finally,combined with the layout characteristics of the exercise units in the unified textbook,teaching strategies are proposed.First,strengthen the overall teaching awareness of the exercise unit;Second,the teaching objectives of precise exercise units;Third,integrate the resources of homework assignments inside and outside the class;Fourth,flexibly promote teaching implementation;Fifth,optimize and improve the teaching evaluation of writing units. |
