| The development of football has been the focus of long-term attention in society,and the popularization and improvement of football in society,schools,and competitive fields has become a beautiful vision for the development of sports in China.The geographical and climatic conditions for the development of football in Hainan Province are excellent,improving the competency of football teachers in secondary schools in Hainan Province,popularizing football,and creating a good football environment in Hainan Province.Campus football teachers are of great significance to the promotion of football and the construction of football environment in China.The research mainly adopts the methods of literature review,behavioral event interview,questionnaire survey,expert interview and mathematical statistics.Analyze the relevant theories of competency,summarize the relevant competency elements in the field of teachers,organize the relevant competency elements of football teachers in Hainan Province’s high school campus,and summarize 43 competency elements.After expert evaluation,33 competency elements have been identified.Develop a questionnaire based on 33 competency factors and distribute it to in-service high school football teachers in Hainan Province.Extract survey data on the competency of football teachers in secondary schools in Hainan Province,and construct a competency model for validation and analysis.Summarize and analyze the competency of football teachers in secondary schools in Hainan Province,and propose suggestions for the development of campus football in secondary schools in Hainan Province.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)There are significant differences between high performance football teachers and ordinary performance teachers in 29 competency behaviors in secondary schools in Hainan Province,including basic knowledge of disciplines,teaching and training plans,professional quality,empathy and other competency elements.(2)The survey results are suitable for exploratory factor analysis,and the construction model includes four dimensions: teaching and research,training and competition leadership,personal characteristics,and professional values,as well as 18 competency elements.The model test results can reflect the competency of football teachers in secondary schools in Hainan Province,and the model has good adaptability.(3)There are significant differences in the dimensions of training and game leadership among campus football teachers of different genders;Campus football teachers with different educational backgrounds show significant differences in teaching and research dimensions;Campus football teachers with different professional titles show significant differences in teaching and research,training and competition leadership,and professional perspectives;Campus football teachers of different coaching levels show significant differences in training and game leadership dimensions.The relevant suggestions are as follows:(1)Based on the school’s situation,develop targeted evaluation plans and strategies based on the evaluation of physical education courses and the characteristics of football courses.Cultivate a research atmosphere and encourage more campus football teachers to integrate into scientific research exploration.(2)Based on the development positioning and planning of the school,provide emotional and environmental support to football teachers,and provide a broad platform and space for their teaching,research,and professional development.(3)Encourage the promotion of excellent personal qualities of campus football teachers based on the personal characteristics of high school football teachers in Hainan Province;Based on the personal characteristics of different teachers,develop targeted personal development and training plans for teachers,and leverage strengths and avoid weaknesses in work arrangements.(4)According to the professional concept of football teachers in secondary schools in Hainan Province,the recruitment process of teachers should reasonably increase the assessment of their professional concept,attach importance to changes in their professional concept,and care about their personal development. |
