The world today is in a new era with rapid development and fierce competition.In this competitive country,China has always been committed to achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and has an important strategic position in the reform and development of education.Gansu Province is the fourth province to carry out the new curriculum and college entrance examination reform.In the context of the new era and new curriculum reform,it is particularly important to implement the fundamental task of establishing national morality and cultivating people.The teaching process of high school history discipline implements the core literacy of history discipline,especially the cultivation and implementation of the "family and country sentiment" in the literacy.However,in the current history teaching process,there are still many difficulties and problems in implementing the core literacy of high school students’ family and country feelings.As a result,there are many situations where the implementation of family and country feelings is not in place in the actual teaching,making it difficult for students to have a humanistic feeling from the inside out.The core quality of patriotism is the key value of the history discipline.Combining the actual situation of local students and incorporating a history teaching method that permeates local historical and cultural resources into the unified textbooks of the new curriculum reform can enhance high school students’ recognition of the Chinese nation and contribute to the great cause of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era.Based on the great fundamental task of "cultivating morality and cultivating people" in history teaching,a profound understanding and understanding of the compilation of historical textbooks,the use of local historical and cultural resources,the combination of students’ individual characteristics are important ways and effective teaching methods to implement and cultivate the core qualities of high school students’ national feelings in the history teaching process.The purpose of this paper is to provide some help in using local historical and cultural resources and how to use local historical and cultural resources to cultivate high school students’ national sentiment and literacy through the current high school history teaching based on the research results.Especially as a frontline history teacher,it is necessary to exert the unique educational function of the history discipline during the critical period when high school students form their outlook on life,values,and worldview,Continuously delve into the updating and progress of teaching methods.The author believes that we should use effective strategies to continuously improve and update the teaching effectiveness of the high school history discipline based on the development trend of the new curriculum reform in the new era of educational environment,in order to improve the teaching quality and level of the high school history discipline.
