With the continuous development and progress of spiritual civilization and the overall improvement of aesthetic education,art education has been paid more and more attention,and the requirements and standards for the quality of music class have become more and more detailed.It is also mentioned in the 2022 art curriculum standards that: attach importance to art experience,attach importance to students’ artistic perception and emotional experience in the learning process,and stimulate their interest and enthusiasm to participate in art activities.Therefore,in order to achieve a good music classroom,teachers need to change the teaching methods.To present an efficient music classroom,teachers are not only required to be based on the classroom,but also to use reasonable processes and methods in teaching.In music appreciation class,situational teaching calls for students’ emotion with music emotion,so that students can understand music by listening to and perceiving music,so as to make music class more interesting and full of artistic vitality.In this kind of music class,students’ learning efficiency will be greatly improved,and teachers will have higher passion for teaching.This paper discusses the application of situational teaching in junior middle school music appreciation classroom.Based on constructivism theory,situational cognition and learning theory,and psychological theory,it uses three research methods,namely literature research method,interview and questionnaire survey method,and case study method,to put forward implementation strategies for the integration of curriculum content and situational teaching in music curriculum standards.And in the practice and reflection of education and teaching,improve the suggestions of situational teaching and summarize,complete this paper.The specific structure of this study is as follows: the introduction part elaborates the origin,research significance,relevant research at home and abroad,research methods and innovation points of this paper;The first chapter is the theoretical research part,which researches and discusses the concept definition,theoretical basis and main characteristics of situational teaching.The second chapter is mainly about the investigation and result analysis of the situation teaching in junior middle school music appreciation classroom.In the third chapter,the author puts forward the countermeasures according to the curriculum content in the curriculum standard.The fourth chapter is the practical exploration part,taking theory combined with teaching cases as the main method,the implementation and analysis of situational teaching,as well as the limitations of improper use,and finally the thinking and suggestions of situational teaching.The research shows that situational teaching can not only cultivate students’ good auditory ability and musical memory,but also enrich students’ association and imagination of music.It can also enhance students’ emotional experience ability and musical intuition ability,so as to cultivate students’ interest in music,broaden their musical vision and enrich their emotional world.At the same time,situational teaching still has some limitations,it is not omnipotent.The classroom should have rules and regulations,and select appropriate situations in line with the scene.Teachers should continuously improve their knowledge reserve,teach students according to their aptitude,make reasonable use of situational teaching,and better reflect their essence value according to different classes,different students and specific problems.
