Research Purpose: Weightlifting has always been the traditional advantage of China’s competitive sports.In international competitions,especially in the Summer Olympics,it has always been the gold winner of the Chinese delegation.The first person to break the world record in New China is weightlifter Chen Jingkai.In recent years,Chinese weightlifters have created and maintained a number of world records.In the intense and exciting competition,the most fascinating thing is the uncertainty in the process of winning the championship.The team members constantly challenge the weight bearing limit of human beings and challenge themselves with perseverance and tenacious fighting spirit.With the increasingly fierce competition,the gap between athletes is gradually narrowing,which also puts forward higher requirements for the scientific and refined training arrangement of athletes before the competition and the on-site command of coaches during the competition.In the actual weightlifting competition process,coaches should carry out effective tactical planning and layout according to their own achievements,and conduct effective psychological guidance and motivation before the competition,so that they can play and achieve better results in the competition.Therefore,this paper mainly uses the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,field observation and case analysis to take the personal preparation for the2020 National Women’s Weightlifting Championships as an example,combined with the sports performance and performance in the course of the competition,carefully analyze my pre-competition preparation and specific tactical strategies in the process of winning the championship,and summarize the successful experience,It is hoped that this study can provide reference for the development of coaches’ pre-match training plan and the reasonable tactical arrangement during the match.Research findings:1.Pre-competition training arrangement:(1)As for the training concept,Chongqing Weightlifting Team abandons the previous training concept of blindly pursuing high training load and intensity.On the basis of strengthening basic strength and joint muscle training,Chongqing Weightlifting Team constantly improves and studies techniques,and steadily improves athletic performance on the premise of reducing athletes’ injuries.(2)As for the self-training management of athletes,Liu Feng’s self-management of rest and rest and diet were irregular before 2019,and she could not get further improvement when she reached the top six competitive level in China.After 2019,she adapted to the new training concept and strengthened regular management of rest and rest and diet,and reached the top three competitive level in China at the beginning of 2020.(3)As for the training idea,Liu Feng’s overall training idea is mainly to exercise the special ability → exercise the technical coordination →snatch technology breakthrough → adjust the body and mind → test the training results.(4)As for the training cycle,the training cycle of Liu Feng is divided into five stages:the initial stage of winter training,the special strengthening period,the intensity control period,the physical recovery period and the adjustment of the optimal state period.(5)As for the arrangement of training intensity and load,the special strengthening stage in the early winter training period of Liu Feng was mainly heavy load;The middle training intensity control stage and physical recovery stage were still dominated by heavy load,but the number of training groups decreased.In the final adjustment period,the number of heavy load training groups was reduced again.(6)The success rate of Liu Feng’s attempts was increased from 91.89% to 97.51% by special combination test or platform simulation test.2.Weight control before competition: The principles of weight control before competition mainly follow the principle of step by step,the principle of combining weight loss with normal training plan,the principle of more body fat loss and reasonable water reduction,the principle of individuation and the principle of medical protection;Liu Feng lost weight by controlling drinking water and diet,losing water in exercise and dehydration in high temperature environment.3.Liu Feng’s successful experience in winning the National Women’s Weightlifting Championship in 2020 can be summarized as follows:(1)After correctly analyzing the strength of opponents,establish a reasonable competition goal of maintaining three competitions.(2)Through the analysis of skills and tactics and the summary of past events,I adjusted my mind in time and experienced the psychological adjustment process from depression to cheer up.(3)Reasonable arrangement of trial weights during competition.(4)Rational use of psychological tactics.(5)Coordination between athletes and coaches.
